Jhazaal tries to aid in taking down the final rat. If it goes down he would cast healing spirit for anyone injured to fill up their HP on, outside of combat.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Staggering to his feet, Wendigo spits out a gobbet of blood and stares up at the remaining wererat with bloodshot eyes. His ivory fur matted and stained with blood, his face battered, bloodied, and bruised, he practically looks like a demon himself. He goes down on all fours, staining the ground with his blood-slick hands, and leaps at the wererat, bellowing a dreadful howl. Spittle and blood flies from his open maw, ringed with crooked, yellowed teeth. In this state, it's clear that Wendigo is more beast than man. He has truly become the White Wendigo. Well, red, mostly.

On high alert and keeping her Rapier out, Vera scanned the area for any sort of traps or approaching enemies up ahead. (Assuming the coast was clear) Vera sheathed her Rapier and began rummaging through the pockets of the fallen Wererats, hoping to find information that could aid them moving forward.

Jhazaal will not cast the spell if potions are being handed out. Doesn't seem like we have a lot of people needing healing, just one, so, with the potion bottle already in play, Jhazaal would not cast any spells.
Frozen in time, the good-natured chef holds out the powerful potion of healing to the wounded Wendigo…Will he take it, refuse it, or do something else quite unexpected?

(In this case I'd go off of initiative order, which unfortunately means Wendigo would be healed after his turn. 21 vs. 20 initiative.)

Jhazaal already stated he was casting healing spirit, why waist a greater healing potion?

Vera, you don't find much of anything in their pockets. A few broken pieces of twine, other random objects, nothing really of value.
Wendigo/Miles/Jhazaal you can resolve whatever healing you're doing.
