Before you have too much time to celebrate the awesome damage you did to the Goblin Swarm, you think you see what looks like it might be someone in a red robe walking menacingly towards the fray.
It is now the Goblins' turns.
Goblins 1 and 2 will both attack the barricades, again.

The first set of goblins are having trouble doing any more damage to the barricade right now, but Caradoc's swarm of goblins have broken the barricade down.

Damara narrows her eyes. Deciding to use one more javelin before the barrier is breached, she pulls back and heaves it at the crowd of goblins.
Attack: 10 Damage: 4
Not worrying about where it lands, she calls out loudly, for her, to the others as she begins to back away, "Move back, to the open. When the barricade falls, we can use, the street to, funnel them. I will hold the, choke point, as best I can."

I don't think he would notice, just yet, that Caradoc's barrier is broken. But, as soon as he would be able to, his discipline in keeping an eye out will definitely help give everyone a heads-up.
And, so the Townspeople are up.
Group 1 will do as Damara said and they'll push back to a more open space.
Group 2 will attempt to attack the goblins:
Attack: 11 Damage: 7
This attack is pretty ineffective. The inexperience and the fear of the townspeople is showing through.
Damara uses all of her movement to get to the end of the street where it opens up, turning and flinging her last javelin into the mob of enemies, then raises her greatsword in preparation, letting her focus narrow down(rage).

Damara flings her last javelin at the group of Goblins after she rushes to the choke point, and she skewers one of them through the chest. Overall, this swarm seems undeterred.
Moneo is up. From his vantage point, he still can't see anything significant or difinitive.
Moneo starts directing some of the civilians to go into the fort to see if they can find ranged weapons. Even untrained archers can hit a crowd if there are enough of them.
Townsfolk Group 1 will ready their action, waiting for the goblins to close in.
Townsfolk Group 2 will attempt to kill more goblins:
Attack: 24 Damage: 30
The Townsfolk are able to fell the last of the goblins in that swarm. But, there isn't a whole lot of time to celebrate as the hooded figure is getting ever closer. It's not within combat range, yet, though. It almost looks like they're waiting for something.
Townsfolk Group 3 went inside to do as Moneo instructed. They were able to find a couple of crossbows. So, that group is now armed with ranged weapons.
Caradocis next. His group of goblins is dead. His roadblock is toast and he clearly has at least one more enemy coming. He can either stand and fight (the hooded figure is about 150' away right now), or he can try and get the townsfolk back inside the protection of the Fort. (Or, if he has another idea, he can attempt that, as well.)
For sure. Caradoc does, indeed, order his gaggle of Townspeople to retreat (I'm assuming back to the Fort?). However, the crossbow shot falls short of the hooded figure, who is standing just out of range of the crossbow.
The Goblin Swarm 1 is next. They will make another attempt at breaking through the roadblock:

the goblins burst through like the roadblock was made of kindling. At this point, it might as well be. They use their movement to catch up to where Damara has set up a choke point. As the come through, you see them clawing at the buildings and doing other things like picking up stones and throwing them through windows, etc.
Damara meets the goblins charge, hoping to keep the focus on her as she swings her greatsword at the first goblin she can reach, the blade leaving a strange shadowy trail along its path.
Attack: 18 Damage: Unable to parse dice roll.
