"Sharloon, would you mind going up next to give our friend some back up? I'll do my best to help you up." He says casting Guidance on him, he then lays a hand on Sharloon giving him the Tricksters blessing that grants advantage on stealth for the next hour. Once Sharloon gets up and the next person can go, Zee will cast guidance on that person and then take the help action to help them up.

Jeb creeps up to the top of the fissure, the voices above growing louder the further he climbs.
He furtively peeks his head up and looks into a large cave. Sacks and crates of looted provisions are piled up at the south end, while a wide opening leads north down a set of natural stone steps, the roar of falling water echoing from beyond. In the middle of the cavern, the coals of a large fire smolder.
A powerfully built fur-covered bugbear sits on a stack of crates crudely formed into the shape of a throne. In front of him, a scarlet haired human woman wears an equally red cloak. Three goblins are hunched over the fire, preparing some foul-smelling meal. Near the corner, a mangy wolf lays down on a bedroll of animal skins. None of the room's occupants appear to notice Jeb, so he observes the ongoing conversation between the woman and the bugbear.
"Klarg," says the woman, "I am strongly suggesting that you don't attack those men at the bridge. We have superior numbers and a defensible position. This plan is ridiculous!"
Klarg scoffs, "Bah! You humies never be itchin' for fights, huh? Don't you dare defy me. You wouldn't want to end up in Ripper's chow bowl, now?" The bugbear smiles as he beckons over the wolf, ruffling its mangy fur coat, before the wolf returns back to bed. The red-cloaked woman sighs. "They should have never sent me here with these savages," she says quite loudly, under her breath, though Klarg doesn’t seem to notice,
Instead, the bugbear glances at the stairs at the north end, ignoring the woman. He yells out, "Hey! Why have the drums stopped! Pfft, Lazy goblins." He sends one of the goblin cooks out of the room and then continues sharpening the spikes on a huge morningstar.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
As Jeb’s form disappears up into the crevice, Sharloon nods at the others and begins his ascent. 23 For althletics.
As he hears the talking above he will try to clear the edge with a low profile while seeking out a place to secure and lower his rope to the others. Looking at Jeb he puts his finger to his scaly mouth and then motions to wait indicating the others below.
OOC: Sharloon will try to stay low and quiet and out of sight until hopefully we can get the rest of the gang topside. I’d love to get to find a way to force them to come to us through the caltrops and oil potentially but this area may be too close quarters for it. If Jeb and Sharloon are discovered before the party can get topside then he will circle about to get the small alcove at his back so he is adjacent to the crevice. He will try and thrash with staff and bonus attack melee (elbows or kicks). If they are discovered - and the woman in red does anything to reveal herself to be a caster - Sharloon will throw the dagger at her and bonus action melee anything in range while maneuvering to protect the crevice opening as indicated above. If everything goes to hell in a hand basket ( I.e. Jeb dies in one hit to a bad guy...or anything else as catastrophically crazy) Sharloon will yell, “Get in there, you big furry oaf! I don't care what you smell!” To nobody in particular and fling himself back down the hole. ($1 door prize for anyone who gets the reference.)
As Sharloon grapples the rope up the shaft, Jeb notices the wolf stirring in its sleep. It's eyes open and it raises its head, sniffing the air. Something seems to have disturbed it, as it's ears are perked up. It gets off the ground and slowly wanders towards the chimney, but Klarg notices it moving.
"Ripper, what are you doing? You need to rest, we're going to attack those pesky humies when the sun rises!"
Klarg carries the wolf back to bed. Though the wolf whimpers in protest, Klarg simply laughs and returns back to his throne. Still, the wolf does not immediately go back to sleep- it's dark eyes stares at the chimney, watching closely for movement.

John, Murmen, and Zee climb up, and now the entire party is situated inside the chimney. The smell of rotting offal intensifies as six people are now squeezed into this claustrophobic space. The newcomer's arrival spooks the wolf, who grows even more suspicious and begins rising up and snarling, drawing attention towards the chimney. Sharloon and Jeb are spotted. Klarg opens his mouth in shock and fumbles for his morningstar, while the goblins squeal and spill the cooking pot into the fire. The scarlet woman's eyes widen as she steps back and glances towards the exit. The time to act is now.

While all the others are fumbling for their weapons, the wolf barrels towards Jeb. It opens it's mouth and tries to bite him with its razor-sharp teeth.
Attack: 9 Damage: 4
Jeb manages to duck his head as the wolves bites the air above him.
(Jeb and Sharloon are at the top of the chimney and can move as usual. Arikon and John are 5 feet below them, requiring 10 feet of movement to climb to to the top. Behind Arikon and John are Zee and Murmen, who need 20 feet of movement to climb to the top).
Snarling fur and fangs were on the group in a flash as the enemies were alerted. As the wolf attacked Jeb, Sharloon sidestepped it and slid toward the far pillar and alcove (as long as it doesn’t provoke an aoo). With the pillar shielding his flank he spun body and weapon toward the snarling canine. “Greetings, wolf. I am Sharloon,” he intoned in a hastened salute as he whipped the quarter staff around and down upon it. Attack 19 If hit 8 Dmg
Ooc: if Sharloon hits but doesn’t kill the wolf he will follow up with a bonus action elbow strike to the wolf. Attack 10 If hit 5 Dmg
If the wolf died from the staff blow then Sharloon will hold his bonus action for any targets that approach or try to interfere with the party coming up the chimney and otherwise stay at the pillar in cover.
edit OOC: DM the goblin and the bugbear are lined up right now as well. If the wolf is actually in the same line - can’t tell at the moment due to position being diff from narrative - THEN - Sharloon will instead do the following.

Sharply inhaling a breath, his reptilian eyes flashed briefly and when he opened his mouth electrical energy burst forth and blasted across the room. (Dex save required) for 6
ooc:If I’m reading the map correctly that should just reach Klarg (30’ away by 5’ wide) in back plus at least one goblin and hopefully the wolf with Sharloon angling the attack to try and get three for sure. He will then use or hold the the bonus move Depending on wolf status.
The fight was on, he knew as he heard the wolf viciously attacking his companions above. The young sorcerer climbed out of the chimney as fast as possible making way for his allies below them. They had to act swiftly if they wanted the use the surprise they had on their opponents.
When he finally was out of the shaft and so the enemies spread across the room, Arikon cast another Sleep spell centered slightly behind the goblins around the fire pit. (Affected HP: 28)
Once John Gets to the top he will take out his 1/4 staff and attack the beast wielding the weapon with both hands 9 doing 3 on a hit. If the Wolf is dead before that he will instead use my cross bow and ready an attack action on the Bugbear, the trigger being the bugbear making a hostile action against us.
Once Zee gets up top move the rest of his movement forward towards the bugbear and woman casting Bane one both of them and the wolf if it alive or else on one of the sleeping goblins (CHA save vs DC13.)then will use his bonus action to whisper a blessing of sanctuary on himself, In a perfect adaptation of Yeemik's voice he mimics the instructions given "I am second-in-command to Klarg. He is bad boss.You can sneak inside, Kill him"
(So Jeb is going up the shaft alone first, checking out what’s at the top, and then everyone else is got to climb. Is that right?)
