The stinger is in really bad shape, but it holds on throughout the onslaught by Shutorn and Samogri.
The bone devil, in the flesh, (though not his own) descends to the throne once again, stinging Sam as he continues to slash Leann and Omiy's echo. Upon his throne, he begins to pour over the gems beset into his scepter, at which the crown upon his pate casts traces of cool blue light in an angular filigree, branching this way and that at right angles.
Stinger x Sam: 24 for 13 piercing + 9 poison. DC 14 Con save or Poisoned on hit.
claw 1 x Omiy: 20 for 8 piercing
Claw 2 x Leann: 18 for 11 piercing
Arcana check: 12

All other enemies are incapacitated. Players are up.

The echo of Omiy shatters from the claw strike from the Bone Devil as itself flies down and lands on the throne. Seizing the opportunity, Omiy runs up to him, up on the throne and swings down at the nasty flesh paste of the Grand Master.
Attack: 12 Damage:13
Attack: 11 Damage:10
She manifests her echo right behind the Grand Master, flanking him on either side. Though she has no idea what the crown does, but the luminescent blue light emitted from it gives her bad feelings and she believes they need to stop him in time whatever he plans to do.
Action Surge:
Attack: 23 Damage:13
Omiy* will try to grapple him, if she can. Athletics: 18 (EDIT: I guess not.)
Pretty sure Leann needs to walk back to the throne, and won't make it this round. What about that opportunity attack for leaving her reach?
There is a fall mechanic that i used to get the monks to the floor. That's why they had almost no hp left. I believe 10ft is 1d6. Otherwise, the stairs are an option. Leann was 10ft from the bone devil when he moved, so ineligible for aoo (the mezannine is only 10ft wide and the both spaces bwfore the grand master were occupied until Omiy* was destroyed). Omiy* would have been eligible, but was disrupted. The claw is still in reach and being treated mechanically as its own entity. If it left the area, then an aoo would be appropriate, but likewise if Leann takes the stairs, it gets the aoo. If she voluntarily moves away from it by jumping the railing, I think that is also an aoo.
I know these rules are kinda homebrew, but i tried to be tranparent as possible about them at the beginning of the combat. This module creates this situation with the local teleportation fields and earlier with the clockwork kraken tentacles. If there is something in the dmg about how to run this, I havent seen it, but maybe I'll give it another look.
Sam is poisoned, he can still attack, but with disadvantage.
Huarache misses his mark twice, but The Grand Master cringes at the impact of each magic missile.
Omiy hits the bone devil with a stunning 3-hit combo, sending leather faces flying off his robe as her echo tries to grab him.
*If I didn't state this earlier, by now you can see clearly that: the Grand Master's robe is made of leather, comprised of the tanned faces of the flayed monks.
Shutorn orders Silhouette to fly across the room. Are either of the monks near Omly still standing?
1 is. I don't think it matters too much which one. I'd have to look back to tell you. I forgot to delete the other one from the map.
Okay, then Silhouette harries the monk, giving Shutorn an advantage as he targets it with chill touch. Attack: 21 Damage: 6
The spectral hand set upon the monk pulls him to the ground with a yelp of terror, followed by silence. (He dead.)
Sigurd Sam and Hondo are up
Still staggered from the poison, Sigurd takes a quick look around to see where everyone is and who's still alive.
Perception: 107 (Woah, 11d20 is too much lol)
Reroll perception15
Sigurd can see the tide is turning in favor of himself and hus allies, as only the bone devil abd his various appendages remain standing (/floating).
Sigurd takes a deep breath and swings two more times at the stinger.
Attack: 29 Damage: 10
Attack: 19 Damage: 11
Added to first attack that hits: 5
Sam will attack the stinger

"I roll Perception: 107."

Gun time! Huarache moves to however close is necessary and fires twice.

Attack: 22 Damage: 19

Well, I don't think those hit, but at least I didn't misfire.

Does Leann get an attack of opportunity as the grand master moves away from her?

Shutorn casts a 3rd-level magic missile at the devil: 17 force damage.

It is still the players' initiative.
