<several people have asked me about the gurallon's armband. This is what the module says: "Phenex ... knows the command words that compel the girallon into service. I think the spell is already cast, so it is a magic item that casts dominate monster. It does not require attunement, but the command word would not be known by any PCs at the moment. They may surmise with no investigation or arcana checks that it works on a creature wearing the band. @Legion4, if you meant some other ring, remind me of it - this is what I think you were referring to. "
There is technically no lower limit to the spatial dimensions of wind wall, therefore, one can target just the skeletons. It's a surprisingly flexible spell, almost like a sorcerer's careful spell.
Further, I think the [spell]fire bolt[spell] passes right through the wind wall. It hits the water with a quiet sizzling noise.
The pit is now filled with 3ft of water. The other foot is suspended overhead and will probably fall back down if the sol ends or continue to be drawn up if it continues. All the players can post for round 3 (1 was spent getting the door open, 2 had attacks, now its 3)
Since the wind was blocking her arrows, Ana decided to lower a rope into the pit to aid them in getting out. Sure, she could call upon the power of the Queen to give them flight, but... well... she wasn't going to. Fewer secrets she could reveal, the better. Idly, she wondered how it was even possible for her to kill (destroy?) a skeleton with an arrow. Wouldn't they be immune to piercing attacks, being made of bones...?
I've heard both sticks and stones may break my bones, arrows being at least the former and in some cases also the latter. In point of fact, they're immune to poison, like everything else is, but that's it.
The firebolt blasts through the wall of wind and water exploding a skeleton (the damage actually exceeds its Max hp, so would you like to make that the healthiest skeleton, instead? )
Bones fly up out of the pit, showering the floor around the pit. A finger lands on Tetrevess' shoulder.
It's onLy 10ft deep, so if they wanted to, Sam and Gravity could climb out in one round. It should be fairly easy, especially with the wind at their backs.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Gravity will attach a pair of crampons to the soles of her boots so that she doesn't lose her footing while attempting to climb out of the pit using the rope offered by Ana.
"Let's get out of this trapped pit, Sam. The door down there leads to nowhere, it was only my wishful thinking."
Pentival objects vehemently to Sam's suggestion: "What?! You want to arm the demon with his abyssal tools?" In draconic he adds, "What are you doing with these adventurers, anyhow?" (Apparently, the gold dragon paladin is not very tolerant of lizard folk)

In draconic “and you know suffering, the blood war rages and that’s the only thing keeping your gods sister in hell” keeps going in draconic “if it wasn’t for us you still be under that sucubus control so don’t give me any lip small ass”
Yes
Sam will now jump into the pit with a war cry
And cast wind wall
strength 13 dc or take 12
tetrevess will shoot at whichever looks like the most damaged skeleton with a firebolt..
(When it’s his turn, posting now cause I have a moment)
12 to hit
14 fire damage if hit.
oops- a natural one..
Is Sam going after Ana? If not her arrows auto miss due to wind wall. And gravity is also taking damage.
Wind wall is to separate grav and the skeleton in there and then I was going to try and seal team 6 rescue them

Tetrevess again tries to shoot the skeletons-
28 firebolt to hit again the most injured skeleton
15 fire damage

She's out of the pit. Sam is still in it and the wet wall of wind is still active. The skeletons are still chained to a wall.
Ahead of you, further down the hall, you can see there are two more openings in the floor.
Assuming Sam can climb himself out of the pit, how would you all like to proceed?
You are in the hall to the south, coming from the East.
Sam wet and damp “let’s get the balor out now then he can come and get his weapon yes”

Gravity decides to adopt the most logical decision of her life and keeps her mouth shut.

Why are we still here? Ana wonders silently as the drama unfolds. We have what we came for, don't we?
