Gravity has managed to cover the distance of more than thirty ft when she halts abruptly to look back. She is certainly not discouraged by the fact that none of her colleagues have decided to follow the northern route. Thus, she will pull out a Grappling Hook and she attempts to attach the gear at the end of the Hempen Rope which is strapped to the side of her backpack while tying a knot and twisting and tugging at the rope in order to inspect it's durability.
Soon after the gold chest is opened, a subtle movement starts to filter through the room. A soft rattling, growing to a clatter as the bones that lay scattered about the room assemble into a giant skeleton weilding a giant scimitar that lay rusting beneath the pile of bones.
Roll initiative (including Gravity, who has no idea any of this is going on)
<You csn drag your token around and draw things like spell aoes or what have you. It has issues with content stored locally, but the assets here are all built in, so I think it will work this time (it's designed for synchronous play). Give it a go. If anyone pictured doesn't roll initiative in the next 24 hours, I'm pulling them from the grid and deactivating them. Gravity is obviously off by herself, so that's going to be interesting. Speaking of which...
Sure of her rope's durability, Gravity continues down the corridor. Arriving at the tunnel's final bend, she peers out unto the profane chapel beyond.
The chanting heard throughout the tomb originates in this chapel, whose pews are filled with more than two dozen worshipers — and, oddly, with two large chunks of rough black stone.
Open with DC 17 religion check (this holds for anyone who enters here. Roll with advantage if native to Oerth.)
The chapel appears dedicated to Vecna, decorated with artwork and symbols in honor of the god of evil secrets.
The worshipers, all humanoid, appear exhausted as they continue their chant. As you watch, one of them collapses — and is suddenly and horrifyingly petrified into another chunk of black stone.
At the far end of the chapel, a handsome priest stands behind an altar block that glows an opalescent blue. The priest is missing his left eye and hand, <*> but has a second set of arms grafted to his body. All three of his arms gesture as if directing the worshipers like a conductor. Two girallons flank him, each of them also missing an eye and hand.

Remember how you got here?
Q1: Who is Phenex?
Q2: Where do I find him?
A(both): You can't miss him. Two rights and a left. (Holds up hands)
The priest smiles and gestures for you to enter the chapel and take a seat. And the chanting fills your mind with a desire to obey …
<Sam would definitely recognize Girralon's from Chult, those native to Oerth would not recognize them. You've all seen at least one at this point. Assume you've all discussed among each other the nature of this fact.>
(Gravity doesn't know the answers to the questions since the second party had never asked about Phenex. The cherry on the cake: Wisdom saving throw failure.)

I / Moghaddam was trying to be clever. He gave directions ad a description with a single response (but I accidentally switched left and right yesterday). My point is, Gravity would recognize the guy with two right hands and one left, who isn't a girallon, as likely being the Phenex they seek.
Gravity joins the chanting and finds a seat in a pew near the rear of the chapel. (Similar, but not identical to the effects of mass suggestion)
As she takes up the chant, her Constitution score is reduced by 1 (each round on initiative count 0). A character reduced to 0 hit points while under this effect dies and has their body and all possessions transformed into a chunk of black rock. A character under the effect of the ceremony can make another DC15 Wis saving throw at the end of each turn, ending the effect with a success.
[Mechanically, a reduction in Con Modifier reduces hp max. 1 pt per level ]
The fleshless giant fails to notice Sam skulking up to attack, suffering a painful blow to the base if the skull before deflecting the rangers next attack. His third strike manages to make it through, and slices the tips from a few ribs.
L'Chuck, Kilis and Ana still waiting on initiatives and actions.
Gravity feels the charismatic influence of the handsome priest 'Phenex' and he seems to be the most beautiful creature in the universe. Besides, the missing eye and hand; the added pair of limbs enhance his divine sanctity. She continues to chant the words with the renewed vigour of a cult fanatic, ready to severe her own limbs from the body if necessary.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
I know I said I was deactivating anyone pictured who hadn't posted in 24 hours, but there's more people than I expected in that group, so I'm continuing the first round with monster actions, and if we get posts, we can return and maybe mesh actions with PCs posted round 2 actions which they can post now.
The giant skeleton swings the massive bone scimitar in a wide arc, (reaching 10ft), advancing deeper into tje room to engage Kilis as well as Sam. The skeletal southpaw smoothly transitions the sweeping slice to a second slash at Sam.
x Sam 22 for 15 slashing
x Sam 18 for 14 slashing
x Kelis 13 for 14 slashing
Initiative 0
<All PCs can post round 2 actions now, as well as round 1 stuff if you haven't yet. Sorry if you were planning on using an effect action on the skeleton in round 1, the ship has sailed, we gotta keep things moving.>
While everyone's attention is on the skeleton, Ana gestured quickly and mumbled arcane words of the incantation to the greater invisibility spell. Now unseen she nonetheless backpedaled as she nocked an arrow on her bow and got ready to shoot it. The bigger they are...
“I actually have thieves tools- I’m not good with them, but can give them a try. I read about how they work- here, give me a hand..” Tetrevess says.

I listed the chests as gold, silver, oak, so I'll say 1 (above) is good, 2 silver, 3 oak.
Opening the gold chest, Tetrevess finds four potion of healing, one potion of flying, and one potion of poison.
Quickly moving to the silver chest, easily bypassing the intricate lock, the wizard finds a wand of web, spell scrolls of guards and wards, teleportation circle, and summon lesser demons.
Soon after the gold chest is opened, a subtle movement starts to filter through the room. A soft rattling, growing to a clatter as the bones that lay scattered about the room assemble into a giant skeleton weilding a giant scimitar that lay rusting beneath the pile of bones.

Tetrevess misty steps out of range (30' south) and shoots a firebolt at the skeleton:

At the last possible moment, the towering skeleton raises its great gray scimitar, by chance alone deflecting the spry wizard's magical attack.
Gravity: Initiative: 18
