Alanis hastily grabs her things and gets ready to move, waits for the others if necessary rather then endangering Mewcri‘s stealthy approach with her less than stellar sneaking capabilities.
Uldran replies to you Randrak with a wry smile, "Yes that is the one, and given out opposition to his plans last night It is my concern that he has taken it upon himself to make peace without us."
The druid growls softly and transforms into a Direwolf before you and as Mercwri sneaks off into the darkness the wolf pads after him.
Mercwri you do not go far before you get a clear view of the monastery entrance. The path you are following slopes down gently toward the open double doors of the building and there at the bottom stands Reggarn talking to two goblins and a much taller hobgoblin. As you watch the hobgoblin starts to get animated and angry.
"Good Sir, May I know your name so I may address you with respect? For too long our peoples have refused to learn from each other. I wish to learn about your people and their traditions. Please tell me more of this Big Lugz."
"Big Lugz is coming across the fire to kill you all." cackles one of the goblins and the hobgoblin back hands him across the face.
The hobgoblin peers down at you Reggarn and cocks his head to one side considering. "Come inside and learn all about our ways." he says with a leering grin. He motions for you to head inside.
Reggarn turns his gaze to the Goblin who spoke. "Where is Big Lugz coming from? How soon before he gets here?" Reggarn then says a quick, quiet prayer. Make a smaller movement with his fingers and casts Shield of Faith on himself. He then takes a few steps closer to the Goblins.
"What in the Nine Hells was he thinking?" Randrak says. "He must be two rocks short of a load. Still we're supposed to clear this place of those goblins and if we manage to save his backside at the same time, we're all the better for it."

Athletics (4) to avoid the grab. He then casts words of radiance by saying "heilig". All creatures within 5 ft of Reggarn must make a constitution-saving throw.
You slip out of the hobgoblins grasp and cast your words of radiance. The hobgoblin leaps back shrugging off the radiant damage but both of the goblins are struck. (roll damage).
Mercwri and Uldran are one round away from joining the action. The rest of you are two rounds off.
Dvori you see a flash of light in the distance and hear the cries of a battle starting. What do you do?
Dvori, seeing the flash of light and the start of conflict, puts two and three together and assumes wildly that Reggarn, or maybe somebody else, is probably in trouble and needs some bailing out. Seeing everyone else taking a moment too long to start towards the fight, Dvori will use his action to run as far as he can to see if he can't get eyes on what's going on over there, and how many goblins might just need to die this morning.
Reggarn sees the arrow fly by and offers a quick prayer of thanks. He then uses his balm of peace to move closer to his comrades, turns back towards the Goblins and says, “I tried for peace” and will cast guiding bolt at the hobgoblin. 5
