Matrix hits the hardened, armor-like skin with his first strike; then involuntarily recoils in pain, causing his next two strikes to miss the flaming serpent.

Flint takes a step forward as matrix runs past him.

Spiritual weapon: 9 for 9 force

Radiant energy strikes the creature, seeming to get past its hard armor and to annoy the monster very much.

The firey snake to the west strikes back at Matrix, while the one from behind you (to the east) quickly slithers towards Ink.

Tail Attack vs Matrix: 10 Damage: 10 bludgeoning plus 10 fire

The other creature attacks Ink...

 Ink is grappled by the big creature's tail (escape DC 14). Until this grapple ends, Ink is restrained.

Don Looks and sees Ink getting the worse of it and moves closer to him. 

He then casts Hex onto the creature attacking Ink focusing on making his strength less.

He points his fists at the creature and screams die.

Don's blasts chip away at the serpentine warrior's armor, sending momentary flares of molten material outwards.

Crownsguard steps forward, “Your presence is unwelcome under the natural laws of the Prime Material. Please leave. Thank you.”

Abjure the Extraplanar! DC 15 Wis Save vs being Turned.

Crownsguard channels the divinity of Primus to great effect—both flaming creatures now appear to be visibly shaken.

Ink

Ink casts shield in response to the elemental's attacks, blocking the second hit as a reaction, and thus avoiding a dangerous grapple. Seeing that Crownsguard has successfully abjured the elementals, he readies an ice knife at 2nd level for when the creature moves away from him (and out of the splash range of the spell).

He also enacts his Bladesong, beginning his Red Tiger battle dance.

Flint

Flint casts a sacred flame against the salamander that Matrix hit... DC 14 Dex Save or 7 radiant damage...

Salamander Save: 15

Matrix gives the salamander two more punches before using step of the wind and retreating to near Flint

The strikes connect, singing Matrix for a total of 11 and 8 fire damage. The salamander seems to be looking around for an escape...

The salamander to the west seems to have shaken off whatever effect Crownsguard had put on him. Perhaps it was Matrix's punches that brought him round. Whatever the cause, he slithers towards you, and once again lays into Matrix with flaming spear and spined tail...

Tail Attack: 27 Damage: 19 bludgeoning plus 15 fire, and Matrix is grappled and restrained on a hit (Escape DC 14).

The other salamander dashes away from Ink, putting 45 feet in between it and the elf (Ink can take his reaction if he wishes).
