As soon as one of them comes close enough Marav leaps at it snarling as he turns into a Dire Wolf.

I thought we were supposed to handle this peacefully but they are attacking innocent people Angel thinks before he launches two Sun Bolts at the Gargoyle that attacked the women before running towards here.

Flint will continually cast sacred flame against the gargoyles and position himself to guard any exposed townsfolk until a gargoyle gets into melee range then he'll try to grapple.

Angel will attack, with his Sun Bolts, Gargoyles that are harassing citizens as well as telling them to get inside while he deals with these pests. 

One of the gargoyles, upon receiving a beating from Angel, wheels around indignantly. He and another converge on the monk:

Bite: 20 Damage: 5

Claw: 24 Damage: 9

Bite: 20 Damage: 4

Claw: 10 Damage: 6

Meanwhile, the gargoyle chases Quill past Ink's position and the terran mischief-maker slams into the elf.

The other gargoyle that Rip had attacked rushes at the halfling, trying to grab him with its stony claws.
