Another flies down on Rip and tears at the halfling:

The third goes for Flint:

The human wizard casts another spell, causing a hail of rock-hard ice to pound into the area in front of him!

After this he disapparates once again in a swirl of mist, reappearing on the higher bluff. He calls down to you over the pounding of the ice, "Have you had enough, or do you still wish to 'bring me in'? Ha ha ha ha! Fools!" 

Gargoyle saving throw: 16

The gargoyle that attacked Flint gets a few dings from the ice, and is looking very worn out. Flint and Rip can see the stony creature look angrily towards the wizard.

dex save 20 (wait, inspiration! 21 )and because screw the gargoyle i'll cutting words his save "If we don't move the ice wont hit us!" - 1 to his save

ok wtf, the rolls numbers changed after every edit that i made, none of which was to the rolls! i passed that save with inspiration!
