I was thinking we should inform a larger organization know about it and perhaps have them store it safely," at this Ink starts thumbing his silver pin, continuing, " Perhaps your friend in Everlund could see to it that this happens?"

"The situation is a bit complicated but, simply put we are trying to cure this individual of madness but we do not possess the magic to do so. We were hoping that you, or maybe a combination of a couple of people doing it at the same time, could use your magic to cure her of this madness. You should know that we don't know exactly what caused this madness but we believe it has something to do with the death of her spouse. We were hoping that once cured she could tell us what exactly happened."

Angel will help him look for his pack again; this time hopefully with more success since he isn't drunk.

Sorry, yeah staying with her. Just want to make sure the brothers aren't gonna go crazy. Hard not to get caught up in the other parts of the story.

The brothers arrive in short order to see Mirak's remains. Ink had run past them into the Tower of the Lord Protector, and so they nod curiously at him as they enter the second-story room where Marav, Ink, and Darathra are talking.

After exchanging pleasantries, Darathra asks Ink and Marav to leave. She sees you to the door, talking as she goes. "I think it best that they have some privacy. Please give some serious thought to removing that ring. Perhaps a town merchant might be willing to buy it from you and then transport it somewhere safer?"

"Might be wise to take it with us. Maybe we can get a horse and cart. Pretty sure I can get the ring out of there if no one else has any ideas. Just need rope... lots of rope."
