At this point, the giantess' singing is so loud and resonant that you don't have to worry about being stealthy. You'd likely have to make a lot of noise if you wanted her to hear you.

Marav will help using the rope he has to help tie it off. 

Survival: 18 (for tying the knots and stuff well enough)

Looking at the boulder, Ink says, "Besides the fact that I don't have the spell prepared, that's a big rock and I'm telling you that the levitation spell won't be able to lift it."

Seeing the others prepare knots, Ink says, "I think we should still give shouting through the boulder a chance - if we can hear her, she can hear us. If we yank her front door open, she might not be as amicable for conversation. At worst, maybe she'll move the boulder to chase us so that we aren't caught flat-footed trying to move the thing."
