Cover is going to be the main problem; remember, the town is flattened. You'll have to wait for a distraction if you want to get close enough to use Hunter's Mark.

// Regarding p/w/o/a/t - "For the duration, each creature you choose within 30 feet of you (including you)..." - I think that means that we all have to be within thirty feet of you... of course, you could cast the spell and then beast shape into an animal of your choice and that will enable you to maintain concentration on that spell - BUT to cast Hunter's Mark, you'll have to be in a humanoid shape and it'll break the p/w/o/a/t spell... that pesky concentration requirement. ALSO - I believe the +10 is only meant for STEALTH checks, not general dexterity checks. //
Ink takes in Marav's suggestion. "Sure - why not. Fortune favors the bold, right? If you find your spell abilities stretched, I'll go out alone first and try my tricking one of them - I wish I was as gifted with words as you, Rip..." Ink finally replies with a chuckle at the end.
