Rip's quick spellcasting freezes both his targets; the shaman and chief are magically paralyzed.
Crownsguard's strikes take advantage of the barbarian's reckless attacking, wearing them down quickly as they struggle to defend themselves.
With Marav and Flint just out of the way, Ink's fireball roars to life, its brief scorching heat felt as it washes over the barbarians. The shaman seems to be particularly in pain, as does one of the two warriors closest to her, as their furs have caught fire. The other warrior, the one closest to the shaman, caught the brunt of the blast and dies screaming.
Flint's spectral hammer finishes off the shaman, and she crumples, dead, from the pure force of the blow. Still momentarily held aloft and upright by Rip's magic, her head and neck are hanging at such an angle that even looking at it is painful.
With the chief helpless but still alive, the remaining barbarians try to fight back against losing odds, but it's clear that their supernatural rage has lessened. Unable to give chase to Marav, the two barbarians that he withdrew from now fall upon Flint with a vengeance, hacking away from multiple angles with their great axes on the dwarven spellcaster!

Harshnag and the dragon, still tussling, are causing quite a ruckuss on the ledge above you. The dragon kicks away from Harshnag for a moment, apparently savvy to the fact that he is a frost giant (his bites aren't getting the edge that one would normally expect from a white dragon). His eyes shine malevolently, as from his position atop the ledge he breathes down a deadly cloud of freezing air that envelops Ink, Marav, Rip, and the barbarian, before Harshnag grabs his tail and swings him around into one of the stone pillars.
DC 15 Constitution saving throw from each of you please, taking 21 cold damage from the dragon's breath weapon on a failed save, or half on a successful one.
Finally, the muscle-bound barbarian chief manages to summon the willpower and break through Rip's magical hold on him. "Kill the child!" He roars in common, his face now red as the dried blood which decorates it.
// Players up! All the barbarians who attacked this round (everyone but the chief) are prime targets for attacks; you get advantage on any attack rolls against them. //

In response to the Chief’s order to kill the “child,” Crownsguard ignores the barbarians near him and strides forward to the chief, “Your input is both unwarranted and undesired. Additionally, it breaks several laws. Your penalty is death. Please die.”

Quill dive bombs the Dragon yet again providing Harshnag with HELP before peeling away from the Great Worm.
Ink locks eyes with the barbarian across from him after parrying the brute's clumsy attempt of a slash. His eyes nearly frozen over, like the rest of him, seem almost irisless. The frost on his skin begins to vibrate and break off as he brings his old scimitar down in a simple overhead slash... a thunderous crash in its wake.
// Booming Blade Attack: 19 Slash/Thunder Damage: 8 and another 6 thunder damage if he moves. //
Ink, nearly frozen says a couple of words through clenched teeth. As the spell is about to activate, he feels a warm hand touch his shoulder and becomes awash in healing energy. Ink misty steps away thirty feet north then squares off towards the barbarian he just struck and, feeling rejuvenated, taunts him with whatever rudimentary Uthgardt curse words he picked up while serving Silverymoon.
Flint takes down one of the barbarians with his hammer swing, an easy kill. The other three barbarians keep on swinging at the dwarf.
Ink's chosen target is momentarily sheathed in energy, and so he remains still, confusion written on his face.
The volley of magic from Rip strikes the barbarian chief hard, and he is momentarily dumbfounded by the ghostly apparition assaulting him. But he regains his footing and rages into battle, ignoring Crownsguard's punishing blows, stepping over his fallen shaman and urging the remaining warriors on, and speaking hateful-sounding words in his primitive tongue. They all attack Flint with renewed vigor, obeying their chieftan.

Harshnag and the dragon still spar each other, and your giant ally keeps the dragon's deadly breath away from you for the time being, putting its serpentine neck in a headlock with one arm while the dragon's tail is wrapped around his other arm, and the wyrm thrashes about, trying to get free. Harshnag's axe glows brightly in his trapped hand, casting a dramatic light over the struggle.
"Come now, little wyrmling, certainly you can do better than that! HA HA HA!" Harshnag grunts as he tries to land a blow against the dragon's pure white hide.
// Players up! All barbarians can be attacked with advantage due to their reckless attacks. //
As the chief runs past Crownsguard and recovers from his swings, Crownsguard turns and cleaves the head from the barbarian’s body, a spark of magic energy causes the head to flip into the air, and land perfectly back in place on the chief’s neck. The body then falls over. Crownsguard stands upright once more, “Sentence: Executed.”
Ink sheathes his swords runs over to Flint, dragging him over to the still active Elk serving as Marav's healing spirit, calling out, "Marav - move your elk by Flint, I'll drag him in!
"Crownsguard - watch the tribesmen! After Flint has resuscitated you will claim your earned trophy and we will discuss terms!"
"Rip - help Crownsguard or Harshnag!"
Assuming Harshnag is still battling the Dragon, Quill will continue to harass it HELPing Harshnag.
// Once Marav moves the healing spirit closer, Ink will use his movement and action to drag Flint into it. //
Ink incidentally absorbs some of the healing energy (5) as he drags the semiconscious Flint through it.
Rip runs over to Flint, clapping his hand together and rubbing them Karate kid style and his eyes glow with divine energy as the now familiar magic winds rustle about him "wakey wakey Flinty Winty!" he places his hands on Flints chest and casts lvl 3 cure wounds
