Ink surprised that the ise rune shard doesn't protect him, is suddenly jealous of Flint's ild rune opal... His teeth chatter.

Ink curses and looks up to the spider queen and launches a thunderwave! He tries to position himself so that only the spider is struck, but he fears that Marav being such a large dire wolf my get caught.

2nd level thunderwave damage of 18, DC 15 CON Save for half.

Ink then catches a second wind.... 3 of healing

"That's it," Ink calls out, "I'm down to only a few minor spells and cantrips."

// Marav go ahead with the con save vs Ink's spell. //

The thunderwave shatters all the webbing material in a 15-foot radius around Ink, and hits the spider queen, though she seems relatively unfazed by it and does not get thrown back.

Con Save: 13

Flint grits his teeth against the cold ( 4 ) then casts sacred flame. Dex Dc14  or 12 radiant. He then attacks her with the spiritual weapon Attack: 8 Damage: 10 force.

"...and Harshnag helped pin me down, keeping me from eating Ink!..."

Marav is thrown back into the tunnel from which Flint just came by the force of Ink’s spell, which also breaks the sticky, icy webbing restraining him. 

After bracing herself against Ink’s thunder magic, the spider queen is hit by the full effect of Flint’s sacred flame, and once again squeals in pain. 

Still acting quite desperately, the spider queen attempts to wrap Flint in a cocoon of webbing and bites at Crownsguard. 

Web attack vs Flint: 13 Hit: the target is restrained by webbing and takes 1 cold damage at the start of each of its turns.

Bite Attack vs Crownsguard: 12 Damage: 6 piercing, and the target must make a DC 11 Constitution saving throw, taking 11 poison damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.

Marav's shaggy form rises and lowers his head. The wounds on his body begin to heal slightly. Heal: 4

Shrugging off the cold ( 4 ) Flint closes the distance and attacks the spider.

Warhammer+1: Attack: 20 Damage: 14

Force hammer: Attack: 21 Damage: 10

Flint reacts quickly seeing the spider focused on Crownsguard.  Seeing an opening, he grabs a mandible with his shield hand as she recoils and smacks her in the mouth with the spirit hammer. Shifting one foot onto one of her legs, Flint gives a mighty heave, then brings his hammer to bear on one of her eyes and slides clear as she collapses to the ground.

Marav lowers his head and charges at the spider queen.
Bite Attack: 24 Damage: 10

Marav ravages the queen spider’s corpse, sending freezing bits of arachnid everywhere. 

But as the ice settles, you notice, in the light coming from Ink’s collapsible pole, the walls of the cavern seem to have come alive...

Swarms of spiderlings are climbing the walls and floor, all over the cavern!

"I've heard a few stories of the Drow - one of them being on how they raise their spiders.... When the eggs hatch, the children are ravenous - some handlers have even been eaten by the recently born..." Ink says.

"In other words, don't let them swarm you!" 

When Ink can he'll light at fire bolt at the thickest gathering of the arachnids children....

FIRE BOLT Attack: 22 Damage: 14

Ink’s fire torches several little spiderlings before they can close in on you, but there are still more...dozens, at least.

Crownsguard will draw on the power of his attuned Ild Rune and snap to ignite the webs within 30 feet of him, hoping to burn the spiders.

Crownsguard uses the opal of the ild rune to try and ignite the icy webbing. A small patch of the web near him briefly flashes and melts, but the fire does not spread in this frozen environment. As the web section near Crownsguard collapses, his hammer comes loose and clatters on the floor.

The hatchling spiders crawl towards you, obviously looking for their first meal.

Marav disengages and moves away from the action.

Seeing Ink ready a spell, Flint disengages  and moves next to marav  in the corridor but holds his bonus action to hit any  critters who survive with his spirit hammer.

Meanwhile, Kara shies away as Rip describes the bout with lycanthropy. 

Crownsguard will make sweeping cuts with the armblade toward the swarms,
