Morgan doesn't suffer any psychic damage.
It now goes to Renaer. Renaer will expend all of his movement to get within melee range of the Intellect Devourer. He'll wafts his rapier and will jab the blade into the intellect devourer twice, and then hurl his corroded dagger at Grum'shar.

First weapon melee attack on ID Attack: 22 Damage: 10
Renaer impales the brain with his rapier, and the intellect devourer gets split in twain courtesy of the surgical precision of his strikes. The dagger plunges into Grum'shar's shoulders, and he grunts loudly.
The half-orc gets viciously pelted by the magic missiles. Morgan feels that Grum'shar falls unconscious for a moment, so he relieves the grapple. Grum'shar's relentless endurance kicks in, and he's back to 1 hp.
Grum'shar falls to his knees as the bolt plunges into his chest. He grimaces, and utters another phrase in Deep Speech aloud. Afterward, you hear some rumbling behind one of the curtains, and a gazer emerges.
"You...have...no...clu-" Grum'shar's words cut short, as his body collapses onto the floor, dying before he could finish his sentence.
Grykham taps his hammer against his shield as he moves forward to engage the gazer. "Here ya go ya little bugger." he says as he gets in range and swings at it.
Grykham rushes up to the emerging gazer and viciously mauls it with his hammer. The tiny, spherical aberration bounces a bit as it's hovering upon impact.
It now goes to Mardak.
Mardak notices the impending danger that Floon is in, having his throat slit and is profusely bleeding out. He finds himself unable to magically heal him, so he'll do his best to try to stop the bleeding.
Mardak is able to apply sufficient pressure upon the incision along Floon's neck and is able to stop the bleeding. Floon, for now, is no longer in danger of dying.
It now goes to round 2, starting with the gazer.
Using its eye stocks, it'll shoot two rays; one at Grykham and the other at Morgan.
He fires Fear Ray at Grykham. Grykham must succeed on a DC 12 Wisdom saving throw or be frightened until the start of the gazer’s next turn.
He fires a Dazing Ray at Morgan. Morgan must succeed on a DC 12 Wisdom saving throw or be charmed until the start of the gazer’s next turn. While Morgan is charmed in this way, his speed is halved, and he has disadvantage on attack rolls.
"This day keeps getting better and better!" groans Krivnaar, as he turns his attention to their many-eyed interloper. He isn't put off by the creature's otherwordly appearance; it's the sort of twisted unnatural thing that haunts his dreams regularly these days. Eager to keep such things in his mind's eye, Krivnaar unleashes another bolt of unnatural energy.
