Rashar surveys the upper floors while his tactical brain kicks. He mutters to himself as he ascends up to the turret peak, "A good vantage point. The house is a bit too big to defend properly, but should prove to be a fortified position if trouble comes knocking."
He returns to the party and says, "Overall, this third floor seems like a good place to stay in the future. Thanks to Lif, at least part of the mansion is livable. While don't we go and get this deed signed, get some of this dust and glass cleared out, and see if we can make a home of this place?"

The books that Krvinaar finds in the library are not in mint condition. They appear to be very few books in tact. None of which have anything to do with law or criminal justice.
"Yes, I'm the only soul tethered to this manor." Lif replies to Bree.
"Okay, well that is assuring. I also wish to let you know that I promised to lend my services to cleaning and fixing up this manor; I am not one of the new owners. Are there any brooms around here?"
Jarret will do a quick sweep of the second and third floors while his detect magic is up, looking for anything with a glow in the manor. Afterwards, he would join the party to prepare to sign the deed. “I can help with the dust. I’ve got a spell that should take care of it,” he murmurs to the group.
"Thank you again, Lif." She gives a bow to the ghost and turns to the wizard. "Okay, I'll handle the broken glass for now and you get the dust. If we're going to be fixing this place up, we must get the hazards out of the way first. I don't want to be using my healing kit on broken glass in the sole..." She mutters to herself.
"So, who gets what bedroom? Seems like there be enough rooms for us each to get our own? I just ain't sleepin in that attic, other than that I don't care what room I gets. You guys figure it out. I'm headed back to the cellar in hopes that maybe a casket might have been missed. Then I'll start the heavy lifting by removing the empty caskets and other trash from the main floor and start a fire in the hearth." Grykham says before heading back down.
"Hmm, I wonder if the study could be converted into an office? Or perhaps the Den..." Krivnaar considers the possibilities, but stops himself from getting too carried away yet. "...though we should probably sign the deed first before rennovating."
Rashar laughs as he begins getting ready to clean the mansion. "When I first signed up for the Griffon Cavalry, I thought it was going to be all flashy swords and fighting. Turned out it was cleaning that we did the most..."
Responding to Krivnaar, "Why don't we both go get the deed signed, then? We don't need everyone to come with us."
(If Krivnaar agrees, Rashar will go to the local magistrate to get the deed signed."

The group are able to spend a few hours cleaning up the place to the best of their ability. They eventually get the sense they'll need to hire an Artisan to repair all the glass windows and broken boards all throughout the taproom and the outside. The deed will require the signature of everyone who wants equal ownership of the manor. If only Krvinaar and Rashar want to be the property owners, then they can sign the deed.
The adventurers are on Trollskull Alley, and have exited the manor (T1). They're able to see an abundance of various shops throughout the alley. East from the manor, is The Bent Nail (T2). A small wooden sign above this shop’s main door is bare except for a large, bent nail sticking out of it. The front room contains displays of ornate wooden furniture, as well as a selection of bows and crossbows. The wall behind the counter is lined with rows of finely carved wooden canes, quarterstaffs, and shields.
Adjacent to The Bent Nail, is Steam and Steel (T3). During daylight hours, smoke and steam billow from the many windows around this indoor forge where metal weapons, armor, and tools are made. The forge is owned and operated by a married couple: a fire genasi named Embric and a water genasi named Avi. Both are members of the Most Careful Order of Skilled Smiths and Metalforgers. As an armorer, Avi also belongs to the Splendid Order of Armorers, Locksmiths, and Finesmiths.
Directly across from Trollskull Manor, is Corellon’s Crown (T4). Fala Lefaliir, an herbalist and a member of the Guild of Apothecaries and Physicians, operates out of this stately, three-story town house, the third floor of which has been converted into a greenhouse. Its translucent glass walls allow anyone on the street to see the rainbow of flowers blossoming within.
West on Trollskull Alley, is Tiger's Eye (T5). This private detective’s business is unremarkable on the outside, its only distinguishing mark an orange-and-black sign featuring a cat’s eyes. Inside is a regal apartment dimly lit by flickering oil lamps. The door is locked, and visitors must knock or ring the bell before being let in.
Continuing West, is Boom Wyrm's Treasure (T6). The front of this bookstore is adorned with a charming sign of a gold dragon curled around a treasure hoard of books and scrolls. Inside, the shop is decorated with beautiful hardwood, and the earthy scent of old books permeates the air. The library fills two floors of this three-story building, and it somehow seems to contain more shelves than the building should be able to hold.
Lastly, far East from the manor is a sewer cap (T7.) This only provides access to the sewers should an occasion suffice it necessary.
Walking outside the manor, she'd eye around at the surrounding stores. Turning to the left upon exiting she spots Corellon’s Crown and feels a sense of nostalgia, but also an aura of confusion and ends up staring for a few seconds eyeing the giant greenhouse before going along with the group. She recognized that store as owned by one of Frostbeard's associates that she has met once or twice during the guild meetings. Despite her feelings about the guild, the owner always seemed friendly and wishing to do the right thing, just as the Frostbeards. Maybe that's why they had dealings with her?
Krivnaar heads out with the party, eager to formalize their property acquisition. He makes a mental note of the interesting shops in the area, particularly noting the Bent Nail. "May need to hire them folk to help fix up the place, make it presentable for clients!" He also eyes the library and private eye, which might come in handy depending on how things shake out. But business came first.
"Well Lif, seems like we gotta head out and make our ownership official and all that. Keep an eye on the place will ya? We're trying to clean it up ya see and we don't need anyone making messes again. Maybe one day we get this place open for business again. We'll need money for that but the right opportunities might come up." Grykham says to the spirit as the make their way out to sign the deed. "Hold up I'm a coming to sign too!" he calls to the others.
The adventurers go to the magistrate's office to get the deed notorized. They see that Volo has already signed off and has paid the transfer fee in advance. In agreement, all six members of this band sign the deed. It's official, you're now the new owners of Trollskull Manor. The day is in the evening time. There's light snow about. What else does the party wish to do for the rest of the day?
Morgan would return to his family's villa in town, and speak with his family about guilds and contractors. He is trying to use his family's connections to get guild fees reduced and/or get contractors set up for fixing the first floor of the manner. He would stay there the night. He would tell the others what he is trying to get done, prior to heading to his family's villa.
Krivnaar will go to the lodgings he has previously used for an informal office, and leave notice for all potential clients that his offices have relocated to Trollskull Manor. He'll then head over to Book Wyrm's Treasure, to see if he can find any manuscripts that describe the history of the area, particularly of Trollskull Manor itself.
Grykham never had much and pretty much was carrying around all of his belongings. He heads back to Trollskull Manor and if no one else had picked room yet goes into the spare room on the second floor and throws his bag down in a corner. If there is furniture he'll putter around the room for a bit. If not he'll head down around the corner to the Bent Nail to inquire on the costs of a single bed and perhaps a chest and small table.
