Not liking the sound of something coming through the water at them to intercept the ship, Qinfaren starts looking around for rope. They might need to find something to hang onto quickly.
If this 'something' hits the ship, they may need to be ready to rescue those that are thrown overboard.
He keeps back from the railing and loops his arm through the nearest rigging.
Both Muharg and Bjorn move to the railing to see something moving through the water. It moves faster than the Icebreaker itself, a bleached white triangular shape protruding out of the sea. The rest of it remains submerged underwater, though Muharg can make out its huge form under the surface of the sea.
However, as it draws closer to the ship it rears itself out of the water. Then Muharg and Bjorn see something that resembles a huge skull burst out of the water. Though the skull is definitely not human in shape. Rows of sharp teeth line the bottom and top of the jaw, and embedded in the skull where, its eyes would be, are two giant pieces of glowing black onyx.
Before either Muharg and Bjorn could react to the sight of Icebreaker's attacker, it has rammed itself into the side of the ship rocking the Icebreaker. Then with its large sharp teeth it begins to gnaw at the hull of the Icebreaker.
Meanwhile, Captain Turth Silvermane has taken position at the helm bellowing orders to his crew.

Qinfaren stares at the huge skeletal creature, stunned for a moment. Then noticing the sharp teeth making short work of the hull, he realizes they need to get whatever it is off the ship.
He swings his staff out in front of him, focusing on the mistletoe, and runs one hand over the top then races forward to try and give the creature a smack on its 'head'.

Muharg runs along the railing to meet the spot where the creature is damaging the ship, he then speed vaults over the railing, casting Wrathful Smite as he falls, unleashing a downward slash of his battle axe upon meeting the top of the monster.
Edit: I forgot my dueling fighting style, so add 2 to the damage please, for a total of 15 damage.
Muharg runs along the railing to meet the spot where the creature is damaging the ship, realizing he's no equipped for this, he yells at the crew. "Is the a bow or a crossbow I can borrow?"
Shad realizes he has misjudged distances, likely because of the huge size of the creature. Instead of Inflict Wounds, he casts Toll the Dead (WIS DC 12) for 7. He continues to hope for a row boat, or something similar, to save them in case the ship goes down. There must be, he prays, barrels out of bonds of drowning.
Shad realizes he has not only misjudged distances but directions. The ship is being attacked from underneath, from beneath the hull. He can feel the deck twitch under his feet as something--it must be gigantic--slams into the belly of the ship.
He does not know what to do, so he climbs the mast.
Qinfaren, realizing the creature appears to be outside the range of any of his magic (assuming it's more than 60' away), looks around the ship to see if there's anything they can use to help defend themselves.
"Captain," he shouts, "is there anything on board to repel something like this?"
Arogna throws her javelin down at the creature and manages to embed its tip into the creature's skull. Bjorn fires his arrow and it also pierces the creature's skull.
In response to Qinfaren, Captain Silvermane shouts back,
"Aye, but at this close of range it will be damn well impossible to hit."
Suddenly the creature disappears below the surface of sea, and out of sight.
“I don’t like this… that was too easy. Stay on guard, mateys!"

Arogna runs over to the mast that Shad climbed, and hangs on to it. "Can you see it?" she calls up to him. She pulls out another of her javelins and holds it ready.
"Captain, what about the anchor? Maybe we can throw it onto the creature when it comes back, then pull it back up and repeat as many times as needed!" Asks Muharg to Silvermane.
Qinfaren braces himself, grabs on to some of the rigging and gets ready.
"I've seen largemouth bass in the lakes at home dive down then come straight back up to catch insects," Qinfaren says loudly. "That thing may be just getting a running start. I'd hold on."

"What on the seven seas does he mean by something?" Mutters Muharg as he approaches the stern railing to try and see what this is about.
