Qinfaren blinks his eyes open, momentarily confused as to where he is and what's going on. It all comes quickly back as from his vantage point he sees Ricky take a swing at the ogre.
He also notices that his flame blade has disappeared.
Rising quickly to his feet, he concentrates on his staff, and the feeling of the mistletoe and the power of the earth below him. An green tinged glow covers the staff just as he swings it up at the ogre.
The dire wolf snarls, but is unsure of where to focus its attack.
(Will assume Qinfaren lost ability to concentrate when went to 0 hit points, and assume that it would take another bonus action to direct the dire wolf to attack the ogre).

Ricky brushes some dirt out of the javelin wound in his shoulder. "Ya know, be had an awful lot of friends for a murderin' verbeeg. At least he's taken care of. Better take the head for proof." He takes the verbeeg's spear, hops up on it's chest and starts chipping away at its neck until the head is severed.
“Careful,” Bàn states as he keeps looking around. “We have a wounded bear on the loose. No knowing if it’ll return or not… And we should check the other caverns…”
Bàn cautiously approaches to make sure that they are indeed both dead, though the process of decapitation will surely at least settle any doubt with the verbeeg. Once sure they will not be standing up any more, Bàn gets curious about where the Órga had come from and asks owl to lead him that way…
Qinfaren searches the bodies of the verbeeg and ogre as Ricky starts retrieveing the verbeeg's head. However, Qinfaren fails to find anything of use apart from the spears and great club used by the two giant creatures.
Bjorn looks over at the grisly sight of Ricky removing the verbeeg's head, "I don't think we will find much of use around here. Ricky probably would have found it on the last visit. We can continue to search, though. We might anger the bear though if we stick around."
Bàn starts following Owl east along the tunnel to the next cave. A bonfire in the middle of this cave keeps it lit and relatively warm. The scent of roasting meat fills the air as a hunk of meat on a spit drips juices into the fire. Goats and sheep are held in a spacious animal pen enclosed by a crude wooden fence. Other features of the cave include a wooden cart with a broken wheel, two old crates, and two barrels.

"Oh, I'm sure some ody could take the animals, or at least trade them away. I don't know much about herding them, though. Could slow us down getting back."
"Thank you all, by the way. This really helps folks. And me. So I appreciates you."
Ricky will try to find a sack of some kind for the head And drag it back home, when we're all set.
"Hmm. Maybe when we get back we could just get the village to send some people back this way to bring the animals back?" Qinfaren muses as he opens the crates and barrels to see what's inside.
One of the crates contains straw, presumably for the goats and sheep. The other crate contains ten torches made from wood and pitch. The barrels are half-filled with salt and pepper.
Bjorn and Blue wander over to the meat cooking over the fire.
"I don't think this is animal meat," Bjorn says, pulling a face of disgust. He then notices a small bundle near a log by the fire. He crouches down and investigates it to find a battleaxe and a pair of boots. "Yeah, I'm guessing these belong to whoever is cooking over the fire."

Qinfaren gives the goats and sheep some of the straw and is about to suggest dividing up the torches when Bjorn makes his discovery.
Instead he moves to try and put out the fire, with any water or dirt nearby, stomping out any embers that remain.
"I think it might be best if we buried this unfortunate here. Even if we knew who it was, I think this might be too much for any family to deal with if we bring them back to Good Mead."
"Could have been someone just passing by, but if it was someone from Good Mead then surely the axe and boots would be enough for a family to identify them," Bàn agrees. "Though I'd say let the burying occur by their own people if such be found. They may want him closer to home or have specific rites they want done..." Plus Bàn sees no need for exerting himself digging a grave for a stranger. "I say we do a rough search of the cave system and depart... If we're leaving the animals we want to try to scare off anything that may come and kill them before someone can return..."
Owl, for their part, is already idly flying through the caverns seeing what there may, or may not, be to be seen.
Ricky takes a closer look at the boots and battle axe. However, he does not recognise them. They could still have belonged to someone from Good Mead, but it doesn't seem likely.

Qinfaren looks around for cloth or fabric of some kind (even burlap), then takes the charred remains off of the fire and once cool enough, wraps them carefully in the cloth and leaves the bundle against one wall, on top of one of the barrels so its raised from the ground. He then turns back to the others.
"If there's nothing else, we should get back and tell Good Mead about the body and the animals," Qinfaren says. Then looks at Ricky and the sack he holds. "And Ricky can let them know the verbeeg shouldn't be bothering them any longer."

(Ricky, Qinfaren, Bàn, Bjorn, and ogre. Qinfaren's started his turn with 0 hp. So his turn should have been a death saving throw. Then Bàn heals him.)
As the ogre draws closer, Ricky strikes the ogre with a fist. Then Ricky strikes the ogre again after it attacks Qinfaren.
Bàn then blasts the ogre with a beam of force energy. This leaves the ogre looking very weak.
However, the ogre continues to press on. He swings his club at Ricky.

Ricky throws another punch, but he misses the giant humanoid in front of him this time.
Qinfaren recovers from falling unconscious, and as soon as he can, he strikes the ogre with his empowered staff.
The ogre is finished off when Bàn attacks. The ogre falls to the ground, partially on top of the fallen verbeeg.

Qinfaren stands quietly for a moment, catching his breath. He nods his thanks to the others, letting his gaze linger on Bàn.
"Thank you to whoever woke me up," Qinfaren says. "Wasn't the best place to take a quick nap."
He taps his staff on the ground a few times and then ruffles the fur of the dire wolf.
He does a quick search of the ogre and verbeeg and this room for anything of interest that the brigands may have stolen from others or just acquired.

Qinfaren follows Bàn to the 'warehouse', keeping an eye out for any side tunnels or anywhere someone can sneak up behind them.
He moves over to the crates and barrels and opens them to see what's inside.
"Ricky, does Good Mead have space for a bunch of goats and sheep?" Qinfaren asks. "We can't just leave them here or they'll starve."

Do the boots, battle-axe or body look familiar to Ricky?
