Kallen sets about poking in corners, on old shelves and through old coal stacked in the corner at first coming up with nothing but tapping along the floor notes a difference in the stones near the anvil. She pulls up several loose stones and spots a fine-looking satchel buried under them seemingly unaffected by its time within. Nothing else appears to be in the cubby. Her torch shining brightly within the area allows all to see well within the room.
Replying back to Prentiss "You certainly have a knack for getting right in the thick of things. I hope it doesn't get you hurt." To the rest of the group "Should we keep moving?"
Brencharis is going to look around from her perch on the roof, to make sure that the masked men haven't snuck up on them out of nowhere, and then drop down next to the window the party had forced open.
Brencharis surveys the area but still doesn't spot any movement among the buildings so hops down to join the group.
Northeast of you is what appears to have been a little shop and directly east appears to be another run-down building. Directly North on the hill in the tower is where Reidoth mentioned that the dragon resides.
What do you do? I've added a map of all area explored and can see from where you are into the spoiler so I can leave it large.
"Agreed, let's check it out" says Prentiss to Velshir. He starts to head off but checks himself, stops and then waits for the more resilient team members to go first.
He felt humbled by the experience inside the smithy; he had been ready to show his worth, unleash his curse for the good of everyone's safety, but it had been impractical to do so. Instead he'd resorted to throwing one of his exploding spikes and nearly hurt Velshir in the process.
"I need a sword..." he murmers to himself, wondering.
Velshir says, “I’ll go first, I can dodge a lot of attacks, you lot can attack from a safe distance behind me, just don’t accidentally hit me in the back!”
Velshir will proceed along southern edge of map and walk up the west side of the lower building, pausing to examine the door. Does it appear open-able?
Quick map for clarification - Red X is the Shop without at door, just open. Blue X is an open ruined building. Green dot is the smithy where you are. see spoiler for map ->
As you all move Northeast you see evidence of old signage and symbols that seems to reveal this as being an old Herbalist's shop. You are able to reach the structure without any difficulties and see that this ruined shop is cluttered with sagging storage shelves and broken furniture. Shards of glass and pieces of pottery glint in the weeds and rubble next to rotted books and casks.
@Joshua, Prentiss and Velshir - you'll recall mention of a place like this by Mirna Drendar, the woman you rescued in the Redbrand's Hideout.
Please all roll Perception and note your passive in parentheses if you enter the building and tell me what you do?
Prentiss smiles with a closed mouth at Kallen and then says "Thanks, I have had my uses but I need more...versatility. I'm still unlocking and discovering the full extent of my curse, maybe I can find a way to protect myself up close. I am glad that you and Brencharis joined us, we seem to make a good team so far"
And then, so Velshir can hear (but not too loudly) "And it's good to have someone patch up Velshir when I catch him with shrapnel"
As they approach the building, Prentiss gets his game face on and scans for signs of danger, entrance options or anything shiny:
"Yeah, we've definitely done some interesting things together like take down an owlbear of all things. Though the magic you and Joseph have is definitely pretty useful, makes me kind of jealous at times." She pats Prentiss on the shoulder, and jogs ahead to try and sneak into the building, but not before saying "We all make mistakes at times, the important thing to remember is that they're gonna happen, but it's up to you to decide how you want to deal with them afterwards."
The shop door is ruined, and walls are crumbling so entrance into the area is easy. Digging around initially turns up nothing but Velshir remembers where Mirna said the necklace was buried and tips over a shelf to reveal a storage case. The case is unlocked and opens easily to reveal a beautiful golden necklace with an Emerald pendant hung from it. Its value is not small but beyond that, none of you are quite sure how much its worth.
Reidoth has been following along quietly avoiding battle but being present. He looks up at Velshir's inquiry and looks about seemingly analyzing his position in the town with his memory. "Last I saw they were in an area behind that building there." He answers pointing the ruined building south of the shop.(Blue X)

Velshir says,
“As long as we are being systematic here, we might as well go to that building just to the NE, looks like a small shop.”
"Agreed, let's check it out" says Prentiss to Velshir. He starts to head off but checks himself, stops and then waits for the more resilient team members to go first.

Kallen will accompany Prentiss to make sure he is alright. "Hey...you did pretty good job over there, I'm impressed by your powers!"

Kallen will of course enter the building and trying to see if there a way to break into the house!

Velshir will stow the necklace in his pack.
“Let’s keep going. Reidoth, which way to the strange newcomers?”
"Shall we check out that opened ruined building? I dunno why, something in me wants to sweep the whole town"
Reidoth has been following along quietly avoiding battle but being present. He looks up at Velshir's inquiry and looks about seemingly analyzing his position in the town with his memory. "Oh handy" says Prentiss as Reidoth points out the cultists' suspected location, "I was just thinking of having a nose over there"
