Brencharis backs away from the edge of the roof, arrow still nocked and ready to shoot, but instead of preparing to shoot the first zombie she sees get out of the house, she keeps a careful eye out for any of the masked men Reidoth mentioned.

Losing track of all the movement inside of the building Joshua will move around looking for another vantage point. (if that's another open window on the other side he will move to where he can see zombie 3 and fire bolt it)
Squares on the map are 10' so moving around the building will take your turn with casting occurring next round so you'll need more movement to reach the window, but there is one on the opposite side of the building where AshZombie3 is fleeing to.
There is also a swollen door on your side of the building which would take a str roll to open (I could use your roll for that) but still leaving your attack for next round.
Joshua creeps along the side of the building to the corner looking for another window to make use of. He spots one nearly to the other corner and pauses to check for danger before moving on. (movement to the window next turn. Will use rolls for any attack next turn.)
Kallen will make a small chant and produce a small glowing coin and toss it towards zombie2, finding a comfortable position to move into make the killing blow on to the zombie2!(if you can move me into a position where i can hit it that would be great)
Kallen moves towards the middle of the north wall of the Smithy and flicks a coin in the direction of AshZombie2 hitting her target as the coin sinks deep into its skull. The creature collapses immediately seeming unable to resist force.
Prentiss seeing the AshZombie2 nearest him fall moves swiftly through the western window that he entered to join Joshua in the fresher air.
Velshir seeing the one he was targeting fall, redirects his attention to the AshZombie3 in the Northeast corner with its back against the East wall. It attempts to dodge his moves but is too slow and is splattered into the wall quite completely.
Combat over. 30 xp ea
It is still quite dark within the room but a quick visual by those with darkvision reveals various pieces of damaged furniture, rotten sacks and an old pile of coal, hammers, tongs, bellows and two Anvils.
Leaning against the wall outside, Prentiss draws deep breaths of fresh air. Seeing Joshua he tries to smile at his fellow sorcerer and says "I think I need to learn my place. It certainly isn't poking around dark places at the front of the group"
"I don't know...sometimes the dead have some regrets when their alive but whatever, gonna loot this place!" Kallen flicks up a torch to make it visible for everyone to see this room. "We could take a short break or we can press on searching the mask men that the old man talked about."
Velshir wanders the Smithy's and notices that two of the creatures had tattered aprons similar to those seen on other smiths, the third is too decayed to tell what it may have been in life.
The area looks secure enough to manage a short rest should you wish to take one although dusty. The other window can be opened with little effort, and you note that each of the shutters are fashioned with Arrow slits.
Kallen will be looking for some shinnies to take from the old abandon smithy since they have no use for it now considering that they are dead and it's free for the taking! "Lady Luck please grant me sight to search for any hidden stash from this place!" Kallen whispers to herself as she cast guidance on herself then make a quick search on the room for any valuables left behind.

Velshir, familiar with the ash, hides his head quickly in his arm combined with the cloth covering his face easily evades inhaling it.

Brencharis redirects her attention to watch for other dangers but so far does not see any.
AshZombie3 continues eastward in the room holding position at the far wall looking for an exit but not complex enough to consider the window.
