// Currently, yes, if you want to see you’ll need torches! //
As Bel leads the way up the staircase, at about the halfway mark, the dwarf face that’s carved into the door opens its mouth and says something loud and booming in dwarvish!
You are plunged into darkness with no torch to light the way, and those without darkvision only have their hearing to rely on.
Unfortunately, it’s hard to hear anything (including any of those previous distant hammer strikes) over the din of the shouting door, which is only about 10 feet in front of you now.
When you get within 5 feet of the door, the loud talking stops suddenly. The faint ringing of hammer on anvil can be heard again, this time obviously coming from somewhere beyond the stone door.
The stone door swings open easily, and warm light from the great hall beyond momentarily assaults your eyes.
This enormous hall is lined with ten great pillars, carved into the forms of giants and dragons, that support the vaulted ceiling high above. Guttering orange torches set in sconces along the walls illuminate the room, and a mighty throne sits on a dais at the opposite end. The walls were once covered with tile mosaics, but they have been smashed and defiled by graffiti. Tiny fragments of tile litter the floor. You can see five other exits. A small fire smolders on the floor before the dais, where six sleeping pallets lie empty, surrounded by packs and supplies. The sound of hammers ringing on iron comes from beyond the doors to the south.
Suddenly a harsh voice calls out in Undercommon from the shadows of the pillars, “Go back the way you came! This is the only warning you’ll get!”
Lana smiles at the interaction between the others "well lets hope we find the good fortune we are looking for in there" she tells them.
Bel nods his head as he begins up the stairs slowly paying special attention to the walls and steps.

Lana and Spirit follow Bel closely but far enough so she can get her bow up and ready if need be.
Bel stops for a moment to take out his blade before continuing on as planned.

Aregarak will try and mimic whatever they just said very sarcastically
