Hardi didn't mind leading the way. Besides, if there were some goblins trying to get the drop on them, maybe they'd think it was only Hardi there. He should make for a decent distraction anyway. Moving forward, Hardi will try to find anything that needs finding.
I have a few things to do at work, so the story will continue shortly. I'm assuming you guys want to leave the wolves alone, so I will explain what you see as you progress up the cave soon.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Cedrik, glad they did not kill the wolves, follows behind the group. While the wolves may cause problems later, he would hate for them to be injured. Maybe they can set them free later he thinks. Because he doesn't need light to see, he will keep watch for anyone following them. He will try to notice what he can and silently walk through the cave. There have been far too many goblins for his taste.
The main passage from the cave mouth climbs steeply upward, the stream plunging and splashing down its west side. In the shadows, a side passage leads west across the other side of the stream.
In the shadows of the ceiling to the north, you can just make out the dim shape of a rickety bridge of wood and rope crossing over the passage ahead of you. Another passage intersects this one, twenty feet above the floor.
MECHANICS: You can either explore the side passage to the west, or walk on towards the bridge.
While you turn your gaze to inspect the side passage, you notice something out of the corner of your eye - a lone goblin on the bridge, guarding it, pacing slowly back and forth. Any light source would surely alert it.
Coryn follows behind Kyle and Hardi, doing his best to keep a safe distance behind them so that the light does not shine on his form. As he sees the lone goblin, he immediately stops and pulls out his arcane orb. He points it towards the goblin while nodding his head towards the threat, trying to silently get the attention of the party members either alongside, or behind him.
Coryn readies an Eldritch Blast, with the condition to fire it if another party member gives a signal to attack, or the goblin spots them.
The goblin lazily walking along the bridge didn't even have time to react to the missed arrow - he was soon ablaze in sacred flame and eldritch magic He died a moment later.
You guys can move up the cave, or explore the west passage.
"Good job team. I vote we keep going down the passage" Coryn whispered, reaching his hand out to high five whoever was near. He nodded his head in the direction of the passage before crouching low to attempt and hide in the shadows once again.
Your insight roll: The western path is choked with rubble and has steep escarpments. It looks very fragile, and it appears to lead to a dead end, but you're not sure, entirely. If you continue down the other path towards the bridge, you can see no further danger up ahead.
"...Debts must always be paid, sometimes in more than blood and gold. But this is Ordo Ursa," Ren places his hand on Erakas's chest, right where the Dragonborn's heart is. "Right here. And it always has been and always will be. Don't ever forget that. Because I won't."

"Coryn's right. Let's just keep on the same trail. The other way looks like a dead end anyway, ya know?" Once Brugo is done pokin' and proddin' the goblin corpse, Hardi makes his way further down the path.

Kyle runs up beside Hardi. I'll give you some company, wouldn't want a stray arrow to speak your end, and I know I could doge it.
To ensure that his comment does not make him a hypocrite, Kyle stays on the balls of his feet ready to leap aside at any moment.

Side passage
Kyle then directs Hardi towards the side passage and makes a quick glance of the area to see if he is making a bad choice.

Eldritch Blast Attack: 21 Damage: 6
OOC: Forgot I don't have the Agonizing Blast invocation yet. Damage should just be 3, not 6.
Up there. Kyle points to the goblin on the bridge, draws an arrow and launches it into the creature.
Attack: 11 Damage: 11
Hardi follows suit and enchants a prayer for Sacred Flame (DC 13 Dex Saving Throw)
Sacred Flame:Attack: 17 Damage: 7
OOC: Just ignore the to-hit
OOC: Here we go again. How attached is anyone to the bridge? I think we can fix it.
Cedrik will fire bolt the rope of the bridge, hoping to send the goblin plummeting.
Attack: 8 Damage:8

Kyle makes a quick examination of both paths in order to decide which would be the path of least resistance.
What roll would that be?

Yet.
Well, I guess my vote is with Coryn's.
Brugo will check the dead goblin body. See if there is anything useful on it before they move on. Brugo accepts Coryn's high five.

Have some work to do, guys, sorry for the delay. Will respond ASAP.
Cedrik will again follow behind the group, watching for anything coming from behind.
