Who are we waiting on?

(I counted 5 player responses to the last round. Meaning we're waiting on the DM.)

OOC: Cillomir said he wasn't feeling well. Hopefully, he is on the mend and will be back to normal soon.

(Hi all. Sorry about the delays getting my response up. Got hit with a doozy. Starting to feel better so hopefully will be back up to capacity shortly.)

• Ursala - Initiative 22, readied attack, Attack: 12 Damage: 7

With her readied attack, Ursala hits the starboard Sahuagin, slashing it across the side of the head. It causes massive damage, staggering the creature and pushing it back against the boats railing. Blood spurts out from a gaping wound stretching from its cheek through the webbing on the side of its face. 

• Flumfurkin - Initiative 21, ready with quarterstaff,  Attack: 13 Damage: 8

Round 2:

• Ursala - Initiative 22,  Attack: 14 Damage: 12

With a mighty swing, Ursala strikes the injured Sahuagin's throat before it can react. The creature falls to the deck in a pool of blood, dead.

• Flumfurkin - Initiative 21, Attack: 8 Damage: 6, Bonus Attack: 11 Damage: 7
   

Flumfurkin swipes out with his quarter staff, but the creature knocks the blow to the side, sending Flumfurkin's staff clattering to the deck. He kicks out, but just misses the approaching Sahuagin.  

• Malalath - Initiative 12, Attack: 17 Damage: 1

With his longsword, Malalath attacks the Sahuagin still standing on the deck on the port side. He strikes it a blow to the chest, just nicking its skin as the creature attempts to jump back.

• Sahuagin

The webbed creature lines up its spear and stabs the stone point towards Flumfurkin, targeting the Tabaxi's head. Attack 13, Damage 5

• Aura - Initiative 7, Attack: 19 Damage: 9 Piercing, Unarmed Strike: 16 Damage: 8 Bludgeoning

Thrusting her spear with both hands, Aura lands a solid blow in the creatures right leg, tearing into its thigh. Twisting the weapon to the side, she drags the Sahuagin towards her and lands a solid elbow blow to its face. The creature drops to the deck, its flat nose broken. After a few twitches, it stops moving, dead.

• Helena - Initiative 6

Hidden it the stairway, Helena searches the deck for a target, but both of the boarders have dropped.

The other two Sahuagin have yet to resurface, asleep under the water. The three sharks continue circling the boat, but with less drive than before. The sailors cheer over the dead enemies through the rains. Captain Harkness pipes up "it might not be over yet, keep an eye on the sea".

Helena stays in the stairway, feeling there are enough people moving around the deck to keep an eye on the water. She keeps her crossbow ready though, just in case.

Flumfurkin will stay where he is at for the moment, keeping an eye out for any other Sahuagin climbing on board.

Aura doesn't let her guard down. Although she's not preparing her attacks, she's trying to look over the edge of the boat and into the sea so the next attack, whenever it comes, doesn't surprise any of them.

Perception?: 22

After a few tense seconds, the water pelting the face of everyone on the main deck, one of the sailors on the forecastle cries out "there be more a boardin', man the rails!". On the port side forecastle two Sahuagin climb over the railing, spears in hand. Two more do the same on the starboard railing on the forecastle.

(Helena has a readied attack from the stairway) (Flumfurkin is ready on the port side near the stairs) (Aura is ready on the port side) (Malalath is on the port side) (Ursala is on the starboard side) - Any readied range attacks can be used, otherwise roll initiative for a new section of combat.

(I'm one for visuals, so... I mocked up what the ship approximately looks like now).

Aura's Initiative: 13

Helena initiative: 4

Readied Crossbow attack: 25 Damage: 8

Critical damage bonus: 7

Flumfurkin initiative: 24

Ready with quarter staff attack: Attack: 17 Damage: 8

Bonus action, kick: Attack: 11 Damage: 7

On Aura's turn, whenever that comes, she plans to go the same way as her fellow monk to land some hits on westernmost Sahuagin. An attempted two-handed plunge with her spear is followed by a high kick that she tries to land on the opponent's head.

Spear Attack: 7 Damage: 11 Piercing

Unarmed Strike: 10 Damage: 8 Bludgeoning

(Not as full and rapid a recovery as I'd hoped, but I live. Set a new personal best temperature at 33.7*C, though)

• Flumfurkin - Initiative 24

Striking the nearest Sahuagin, Flumfurkin smashes the creature in the arm with his quarterstaff, driving it back against the railing. It just barely manages to bring up its spear haft in time to knock aside the follow-up kick.

• Aura - Initiative 13:

Aura follows the Tabaxi up the stairs and lashes out at the Sahuagin with her spear. The creature twists and narrowly dodges the attack. As Aura turns, she lands a kick square against the back of the creatures head, knocking it to the ground with a crunch of bone as it drops dead.

*Sahuagin1: dead

*Sahuagin2: The creature, in vengeance of its fallen comrade, stabs at Aura in the leg with its spear. Spear: Attack: 12 Damage: 3

*Sahuagin4: From the starboard side, it comes down the stairs and attacks Ursala, driving its spear towards the Firbolg's head. Spear: Attack: 16 Damage: 3

• Helena - Initiative 4

Helena, from her vantage point on the stairs, trains a keen eye on the Sahuagin attacking Ursala. With a sharp click, the crossbow fires its bolt straight into the gut of the creature. Blood mixes with the water as it buckles over and collapses to the ground, dead.

*Sahuagin3: Hovering over its fallen comrade, the other creature stretches over the corpse and stabs at Ursala with its spear, trying not to slip on the blood and water covered deck. Spear: Attack: 12 Damage: 4

(On your own message? Did it already get fixed? Seems fine to me. You'll generally want to edit your message just a little bit to fix it.)

Helena sends another crossbow bolt out at any that remain when her action comes around again...

followed by a kick: Attack: 8 Damage: 6

(So these 2 are round 1 attacks since the first time Siyaj and DragonDenn posted was for readied attacks. I didn't prepare any attacks, so the last time I posted was for round 1 as well. Which means I still have to wait for another update before I can go for round 2?)

OOC Aura's first attack already happened, so I think you are fine for going ahead and posting your next attack. I hope you are continuing to heal Cillomir.
