The ceiling here appears to Ola to be free of skeletons or plaster. She sees the natural stone and earth that tops most of the catacombs.
Cassyt wanders to the throne along with Sylyra and Uragum and studies it. "I believe I know this," she mentions. "This must be Sedrair II. She was known to be quite fond of her gold. She has been here for centuries...I wonder what Phlan was like in her time."
For Sylyra:
The dagger appears to be decorative or ceremonial. It does not appear to be useful as a weapon from what you can see.
The inlaid stones appear valuable and would likely be useful as trade goods.
The crown is not actually floating above the skull, but is suspended by thin wires ending in small hooks. Cobwebs camouflage the wires, making them nearly impossible to see from a distance.
OOC: I never want to assume which character is opening a door or that someone is waltzing into a door without checking anything, so if someone does want to follow up on Hex's suggestion and confirms it I shall resolve it.
Niches near the floor of the room that Ola opens are filled with stacked bones, and skulls are neatly arranged about six inches apart along a ledge. The wall above the skulls bears an inscription, partially obscured by centuries of accumulated dust and cobwebs.

"I do not see any undead. At least not moving or attacking undead. We can probably leave that remains in peace." If nobody objected, she closed the door and now walked to the exit, opening (after another brief examination with Perception 19) the next door (the one on the other side of the room, to continue moving through the catacombs).
Hex pops her head over Ola's shoulder from behind, peeking into the room. Before Ola closes the door, she points out the inscription. "That might be something interesting. I don't want to step inside the room since that might trigger undead. Anyone got anything that can move the spiderwebs out the way so we can get a better look?"
"What are you two looking at?" Sylyra inquires. After being told about the inscription, the druid extends an open palm, and a flame appears within it. "I could throw a few of these if you think that might help," he says with a cheeky grin.
"Might help," nodded Ola, "if you think you can read that inscription over there." She raised her lamp to show the words. "May be not out loud, though, who knows, it might awake these skeletons."
The words of the inscription are not visible beneath the layers of dust and cobweb, but they display in archaic Common once Sylyra clears away the debris:
"A question speak you, and answer will these departed."
Ola either did not pick up on mockery or ignored it but in any way answered very seriously "Not at all. Communing with the skeletons never looked appealing to me and I highly doubt their knowledge."She was waiting, though, no leaving the group and, like Sylyra raised a brow at Cassyt, hoping for an explanation.
Cassyt shrugs. "I have no knowledge of this chamber. As I mentioned, I don't believe anybody has ventured this deep into the catacombs for ages. The dust certainly shows it," she says through a cough.

Uragun lumes over their shoulder looking at the skeletons and the plaque. "We can give it shot. Though, I know these can be tricky. Best not to phrase something as a yes or no question lest we waste a chance at I formation," he says to the others. He then ponders if he recalls anything like this as things usually have a price.

You have heard of those that are well-versed in necrotic magic, mainly necromancers and clerics, that have the ability to animate the dead with the ability to speak about their memories.
OOC: Nothing new for Sylyra's entrance into the room - he doesn't see anything more than what has been described.

Ola walks to the door, examines it briefly (Perception: 2), shrugs and opens it up.

Sylyra is trailing behind, having left the statue to follow the others as they continued.

There are no other visible exits from the room.

Hex mirrors Sylyra's grin and nods. "Sounds like a plan."
Is any of the inscription visible? Enough to figure out what language it is?
If not, Sylyra will begin throwing flames at it to try to burn away the webs.

"Do hope skeletons are not the one delivering the answer. I would rather not talk to the dead." She was waiting for the group to move further.

"Are you not curious?" Sylyra asks Ola, sounding a little mocking. He looks at Cassyt. "Any insight on this invitation, m'lady?"
"Hmm... Should we ask them what has all of them so stirred up recently?" Arnald wonders aloud

Sylyra decides to slide into the room to have a look around. He's being very careful.
