Uragum grunts in pain as the undead swarm and attack him. While he'd like to wring the little kobold's neck, there was bigger trouble. He dropped the creature and cast his flaming sphere spell behind the zombie attacking him and then rammed it into it's back.
Free action, release grapple
Action: Cast flaming sphere behind the zombie (if this would potentially block the hallway that leads to the sound of others drawing steel he'd do that otherwise just on the other side of an attacking zombie.
Bonus action: Move the sphere into a zombie attacking him, Reflex save DC 13 for 1/2 damage, fire damage = 5, if they end their turn within 5 feet of the sphere they take 2d6 fire damage, reflex save for half
Seeing the zombies flood in and hearing the sounds of more dangers, Sylyra speaks rapidly, calling upon the power of nature to manipulate the weave and rip open an iris to let the moon shine on the opening to catch the unseen attackers beyond as they inevitably join the fray. A shower of motes falls from the mistletoe dangling from one end of the elf's staff as he makes a sharp motion with his free hand, and deceptively romantic moonbeams descend. As soon as he completes the spell, he focuses on another location and draws upon another force of spirit and magic, causing the form of a shimmering, translucent bear to appear in the midst of the room. It silently roars and paws at the air. The druid then prepares for his next trick.
Action: Moonbeam in the opening or just beyond it if one of my allies is in the opening. The idea is to put it in a place so that anything using the opening to enter the room we're in will have to move through the moonbeam.
Bonus: Spirit totem: Bear — placed so that as many allies as possible will be within the 30-foot radius; they (we?) immediately receive 8 temp hp and have advantage on STR checks & saves so long as they (we?) remain within 30 feet of the totem
Movement: none (unless I need to move to be within the 30-foot radius of the totem)

Released by Uragum, the kobold backs into the corner with its dagger held feebly outward. The zombies press on through the stalemate, with one lingering behind, still trapped by the glowing beam that Sylyra has cast into the opening, its skin slowly sloughing off from the radiant energy and Uragum's flaming sphere. Ola forms a layer of frosty armor over herself in the moment that Hex provides covering fire, while Arnald plunges his rapier into his opponent, keeping its fists from raining down upon him. A meager line of radiant flame descends upon itas Cassyt continues to call it forth.

(Wait, you mean Spirit totem negates full effect of the Armor of Agathys? I thought it would add or at least only that effect - hp - will be affected. But if not, sure, she keeps AoA)
Attack on the closest zombie under Hex: Attack: 23 Damage: 10.
OOC: Yeah, Armor of Agathys states that "You gain 5 temporary hit points for the duration. If a creature hits you with a melee attack while you have these (temp) hit points, the creature takes 5 cold damage." Then the rules on temp HP state that "If you have temporary hit points and receive more of them, you decide whether to keep the ones you have or to gain the new ones."
The way I interpret that is that the spirit totem's temp hit points are a completely new pool of temp hit points with a differing effect, rather than adding 3 temp hit points on to an existing stack of temp hit points.
Ooc: are the two zombies attacking uragum next to each other? If they are then they both would take the flaming sphere damage for ending their turn 5 feet from it. If they are spaced apart... dang.
Uragum, with staff still in hand, swings it at the scorched zombie.
Attack: 15 Damage: 9
He then pushes the flaming sphere around to hit the uninjured zombie attacking him, careful not to put it within 5ft of him or his allies to cause damage.

Ola slashes across a zombie's body as Hex fires another arrow into its chest. Uragum batters one flaming zombie while his sphere of fire continues to burn away at three of the creatures, trapping them between the goliath and the exit, where Sylyra's moonbeam eats away at one, separating the two rooms. The druid adds fire to fire, hurling a flame that strikes one of the pair attacking Uragum. The pair of zombies assaulting Uragum close in, their desiccated hands grasping at Uragum, but they soon fall to the flames that eat away at them. Ola cleaves an arm off of the stubborn zombie in front of her, but it requires another well-placed arrow from Hex for the creature to finally cease its flailing. Arnald's rapier gets caught in his opponent's jaw, catching on some bone within the skull. The momentary struggle to release the blade puts him in harm's way, but he has the blade free quickly. Sylyra feels heat singe his eyebrows as the flame that he forms explodes in his hand. Uragum focuses on his flaming sphere, pressing it toward the kobold. He is distracted for a brief moment as the final zombie into the room, nearly entirely bone from the moonbeam's energy, swings a limb at him.
