The room seems to be all there is. Other than the four pillars, the altar at one end and the door through which you entered, there seems to be nothing else. No other monsters and no other obvious doors.
Barthrum goes, "hmm.. If I recall correctly then they said it's a large temple that they couldn't explore fully. So far it's been a hallway, a secret room and a large room and that's it."
He takes another look around, then reverses his grip on the shovel. "I guess we should be thorough and check the walls for more secrets, but otherwise we're done."
And he goes and starts tapping against the wall with the haft of the shovel after about every foot or so to discover other secret doors or anything else.
( went looking up what our task was: "When we found this place, we were very excited. Beyond this ruined settlement is a mostly-perserved dwarven temple to the God of Greed. We couldn't explore most of it though, as we quickly found our numbers to be decreasing. Eventually, we found the reason to be monsters that took residence within." )
Barthrum starts from the door, knocking on the southern wall all the way to the altar, but he doesn't hear any sound that would indicate there's a secret door there.
At the same time, Thenmer walks along the northern wall and knocks on it with the rock the same way Barthrum did. When they meet at the altar, it's obvious neither found anything.
Dolgrim knocks on the eastern wall which is the wall behind the altar. The wall is almost entirely a large alcove that creates space for the altar, and Dolgrim can't find any hidden doors in it.
(I meant for Barthrum to roll for it since he was searching... I edited the post above to match, but I'll just assume Thenmer was searching for a hidden door as well.)
Thenmer searches for a secret door on the northern wall of the hallway, finding nothing except the already-open secret door they saw before.
As Barthrum tries knocking on the southern wall of the hallway, hearing no sounds that disclose the existence of a hidden entrance, all eight dwarves appear in the opening. "So, it's really over? You've killed them all?" "Did you happen to find any more secret doors?"
Barthrum says, "We killed two. Then went through all the walls by tapping them with rocks and stuff and found nothing. No monsters or secret doors. I guess that's more your expertise."
He takes another look around. "But we'll stay around until you take a look as well, just in case something pops out of somewhere. It's morning, we have time."
Barhtrum approaches the young lady who lent him the shovel. "I would like to keep it until we get the all clear from you. I will stay close to you while you do that if you don't mind. It's safer that way."

The dwarves quickly scatter, knocking on walls, pillars, the floor... everything really.
When Barthrum gets to her, he sees the dwarf speaking to the other female. The dwarf who gave him the shovel seems to be both embarrassed and annoyed while the other one seems to be laughing. They're talking about something, but when they notice you approaching, they go silent. "Well, I guess I'll leave you two alone." says the other female, letting out a small laugh and giving a very obvious wink to the other one, whose face turn a slightly darker shade of grey for a moment, before she pushes the other one away. "Thank you. I hope your protection won't be needed though. Those things really creep me out. I'd rather face a pack of wolves rather than one of these jams. At least wolves I can understand."
It doesn't take long before she finds a door. It is in the hallway, in the southern wall and almost exactly across from the already-open hidden door. She puts all her weight on the wall, and the stone starts to move. With help of others who see she found it, they push the door open. The door reveals a 5 ft. wide hallway which leads south, but then bends to the east. It seems to be empty, but you can't see beyond the turn unless you go in.
Almost immediately after, a second dwarf is heard. "Ay, found one over here." The dwarves once again go to help and they push the door open. The door leads to a similar hallway as that behind the other secret door, except this one 'ends' in a "T" shaped junction. You can't see what's beyond the junction unless you go in.
Barthrum says, "Ok, lets tackle these one at the time if that's OK with you. We'll check out this one first that miss.." and he pauses for her to give her name, "found. It doesn't seem to have a split just yet and hopefully is faster to secure."
He pulls out his shovel and waits for Dolgrim and Thenmer to approach.
To the rest he says, "It would help if you waited back at the camp. We don't know what's in these tunnels and might need to execute a tactical retreat to reassess the threat."
Once these things happen he steps into the tunnel first, ready for anything.
Thenmer joins Barthrum near the newly found entrance.
"Shall we do this as before? You should know that I have no more oil and only very limited ability to throw objects around as I did before. Still I will do what I can when I can."
He waits for Dolgrim to join them.

Good shot! One less monster to worry about.
We should proceed deeper into the temple. The room seems to be all there is. Other than the four pillars, the altar at one end and the door through which you entered, there seems to be nothing else. No other monsters and no other obvious doors.

(Indeed. You also saw a secret door and I'm pretty sure the dwarves mentioned it at least once. Searching for them makes sense. Roll for Perception.)

Barthrum says, "Well, that about does it. I'm going to make some loud noise, see if things are ok."
He shouts at the top of his lungs, "IT IS SAFE NOW, COME AND TAKE A LOOK"
He heads back towards the camp, "Lets go and tap the walls of the hallway and the secret room too. We need to head out anyways."
Barthrum - roll for Perception, please.
