After the zombies are down Best will walk over and touch Katharine on the shoulder "Wow, you took that hard, let me help you out a little." +10 heal from lay on hands.
Best saves to keep concentration on locate object (forgot about this during the battle) all saves are dc10:

Seeing everyone take some hits from the spells, Nephris casts Mass Cure Wounds to give everyone a little healing (18 healing). As the healing recovers him, he takes a deep breath, returning from the brink.
Best notices that Nephris had it rough from the zombies and walks over to him "I appreciate the help and here is a little pay back"he touches him on the shoulder: +10 heal
Nephris nods in thanks for the healing, then as everyone starts going downstairs, he calls out, "Uh, do we not want to have a better look around here first?"
As Best and Nephris search around the laboratory they discover a vial of oil of enlarge sitting on a counter. You also test the door to the west and see that this door is locked. Presumably this door blocks the way up through the tower. However, the door to the southwest opens up to reveal a small office.
The small office contains a large desk that takes up the majority of the available space. Most of the desk is covered in empty glass vials, beakers, and other alchemical components. However, at the centre of the desk, there are are four stoppered vials all containing liquids of different colour. Each vial is also tagged with a label.
One vial contains a green liquid and is labelled '"R A T". Another vial contains pink liquid and the label reads "A L L". The vial with blue liquid is labelled "I O N". The last vial is labelled "I T E" and contains orange liquid.
You also notice a note on the wall above the desk is written by Dresden.
"If you wish to escape this level, you must drink one of these potions. One of them is a potion of gaseous form which will allow you to slip through one of the two doors. The others are all deadly poisons. Choose wisely!"

Seeing the note left by the wizard Cade shrugs. "I should be able to get through either door, as I can turn into an air elemental. "Guessing that, since there is only one potion that is suppose to work, only one of us needs to get past the door, otherwise the rest of us would just be stuck here." He would wait to try this out until the others had finished looking around, and decided which door to try. Then he would turn into an air elemental and try to get past the door.
Nephris chuckles, "That is true, Cade. If only one of us is needed to get through, then you are most definitely the candidate to open the way." Nephris then holds up the oil of enlarge, "Would anyone care for this? Might come in handy, though I personally am not a fan of changing sizes after that one time..." his voice trails off and he shudders.
(DM Question - Above it was mentioned that they were heading downstairs to gather their magical items. Based off the note there, could they open the way down?)
"I know you have mad skills Cade but I think I would prefer to go and try to retrieve my stolen items first. Hopefully things will remain the same up here while we look. I don't mind taking that oil of enlarge if you are not a fan"
As you head back down stairs you come out onto the library floor where you encountered the three spirits, and their riddles. Having searched this floor previously, you have no interest in this floor. Continuing down the stairs you come out into the entryway where most of you first entered the tower.
Best's spell informs him that the object that he seeks is still beneath him, with a set of stairs on this floor leading down.
