"Looks like we should let them finish eating first," says Duncan to the cultist leader..."What's your name and what do you know about this castle?" he asks as they wait for their transportation to fuel up.

The stable master finishes feeding the Wyverns and a few minutes later they look satisfied, on a full stomach. One lets out a roar. The cultist that Duncan asked the question too ignores his questions with only "I know enough, you'll have to harness and saddle the beasts your going to ride or they won't respect you. Careful they'll snap at you if you're not successful."
Roll a DC10 animal handling check with advantage cause the cultist are helping. If you fail you will be attacked by the Wyvern that you're attempting to ride, you can try again as long as you don't attack back.
Then roll another DC10 animal handling check to get them to fly there is only 3 mounts for 6 people so you'll have to ride double. The leader is the only one coming with you.
ooc: Suggestion, don't edit posts with dice rolls in them it may turn a nat 20 to a nat one.
And you guys are missing the bottom part of my post above. Another animal handling with a straight roll to get the critter to fly. Which can be done multiple times without the Wyvern attacking.
But before you do that the cultist put saddle bags on the Wyverns
One more driver/Character depends on who posts first.
Once the saddle is on and the saddlebags are added, Duncan looks in the bags to see what they will be transporting up to the castle. As he mounts and prepares to take off, he asks the stable master, “What is this one’s name?”

Azurre you find your self flying. It seems natural to you being dragonkin and the Wyvern seems to like you the cultist tells you Duncan what to do and soon you come to A lowered drawbridge spans to nowhere over a foggy moat of sky. Beyond the drawbridge is an open portcullis, and beyond the portcullis is a covered gateway leading to an open courtyard. Large figures loom in the gateway, but you can’t quite make them out. The air seems to be more chilling here.
As your approaching The Cultist says "The names Buc Worrbaly. The reason I've been short with you is that Talis believes they're are spies even among her most trusted. What she's told me is that you are to search the castle for the white dragon mask and acquirer it for her. Because she is the rightful White Wyrmspeaker which are the bearers of such masks for the glory of Tiamat. I'll get you in then you'll be on your own to search the castle. As a cover the saddle bags are to be brought to the tribute Chamber As tribute"
The bridge acts as a runway so the wyverns can stop when landing. You're now on the ground or should I say Ice, as you dismount, Buc says "Retrieve the saddle bags. But wait here, I'll be right back." He walks to the Large figures flashes the cult gestures at two small figures next to the large Ogres dressed in coats and breastplates each one with a platform mounted like a back pack on its back They're also armed with ogre sized halberds, blocking the entrance with them. several Kobolds ride each platform.
You note the Ice you stand on, has sawdust in it, and on it. When you take the saddlebags. (One pair for each player) You note they're lighter than you thought about 20lb.
Duncan hoists the saddlebag and waits, taking the opportunity to share Buc's information with the others, "Our guide is named Buc Worrbaly. The White Lady Talis wants us to search the castle for the white dragon mask and acquire it for her. Apparently she believes she is something called a White Wyrmspeaker--the bearers of such masks for the glory of Tiamat. Buc will get us in, then we'll be on our own to search the castle. As a cover the saddle bags are to be brought to the tribute Chamber as tribute."

"Oh, wyverns. Great." Torman double checks his component pouch to make sure he still has his downy feathers just in case someone should fall.

The man says "Cuddly" as the dragonkin snaps at you. You realize that the tail on the Wyvern has been clipped as it harmlessly bonks you on the head.
You see Torman taking off with Wagner as a passenger leaving you behind The one cultist coming with you is riding with you, chuckling
Cat is riding with Azure
