Azzure flies up and diagonally northward towards the sounds that he hears, getting a look at Glazhael (passive perception 18). Before he moves he says in answer to Gryrig, “Right, Tiamat will have no use for this one, running away and leaving us her plunder.” He moves invisibly after saying this, letting it echo through the cavern. He targets her with another guiding bolt, at second level, illuminating her and making attacks at advantage for the next turn if he hits.

Gryrig Hides successfully readying an attack but then gives his position away by shouting But then he feels the grip of the fogs cold since he is still in it. A creature that ends its turn in the fog takes (3d6) 9 cold damage DC 10 Constitution saving throw half on a failed save.
Duncan Turns and attacks one of the guardians of Tiamats treasure he connects with one blow but the blow throws him off balance making him miss the second
Azzure's flying speed is the same as his walking speed emerging from the cloud he only gets five feet from the entrance of the cave he thinks the White Lady went down so he doesn't have a shot.
