Bryn looses an arrow at the musician. It hits him square between the eyes, but bounces right off, not appearing to do any damage.
Vedui dances nimbly away from the nipping teeth of the rodent swarm facing him, and strikes back. He misses with one leg and sending a couple rats flying with the other for 4 2 damage.
Jormund sets his sights on the musician on stage and unleashes a devastating blast at the now transformed creature, dealing 14 damage
Ann steps back up to attack the rats swarming in their direction, and manages to skewer several of the rodents with her blade, dealing 10 5 damage.
Jared, launches his dagger at the musician, and it hits him squarely in the heart, only to ricochet off as if made of rubber.
Rowan, hidding her power no longer, lets loose a firebolt which grazes the musicans shoulder, dealing 1 damage.
Quinry, swings wild with this fists, and assumes a defensive posture in front of Rowan.
The rat swarms near Quinry and Vedui appear to have shrunk in size significantly, while those in the market stalls remain untouched. The musician also appears to be badly wounded, but continues to play his pan flute.
Now it is the rats turn. The rats on the stage and the musician continue to sway in time with the music, caught in almost a trance-like dance.

The 4 rat swarms continue their rampage through the town square.
The one closest to you Ann will attempt to envelope you, althought it appears to be a much smaller swarm than previously. Attack: 8 Damage: 3 If it hits, roll a Con Save.
Vedui your swarm continues to hiss and snarl at you, but moves away and attempts to attack the guards of the courthouse. Attack: 9 Damage: 3
The swarm moves away from the silverware merchant's cart and instead attacks an elderly woman who had fallen down during the panicked flight of the crowd. Attack: 6 Damage: 3
The swarm that killed Marcin moves on now to attack another person, a halfling woman attempting to herd a flock of goats out of their stalls. 11 Damage: 6
Ann and Vedui both manage to avoid any damage from their respective swarms.
The elderly woman lets out a cry of pain, then falls silent, while the halfling woman beats off the first wave of rats with her shepherd's crook.
Finally, the musician's eyes seem to refocus. He rips his lips off of the pan flute and cries out, "Please, don't hurt me! I don't know what's happening, but I didn't mean for any of this! Help me!"
Everyone give me a perception check. Bryn, Jared, Jormund, and Rowan, give me insight rolls since you were already engaged with the musician.

DEX save DC 12, damage 2 if he fails.
((ooc pretty sure I responded to an earlier version, don’t want to attack him if he’s pleaing, ah the fog of war...))

Rowan hesitates momentarily upon hearing the musician's plea, not sure what to make of it. Deciding to focus on something she's sure is a threat, she aims her next fire bolt towards the swarm attacking the halfling. ((Range is 120 ft but she'll move if needed to get a good line of sight, staying on the horse. Attack: 16 Damage: 9))
Ann looks at the other rats attacking civilians with concern, but then she focuses back on the swarm closest to her, it'd make no sense to leave this one alone just for it to harm more people. She pulls back, preparing for the stabbing, and then plunges against the swarm closest to her.
Attack:13Damage:10 Piercing
If she sees she killed enough rats to destroy the swarm, Ann is planning to move 40 ft. toward the halfling being attacked by a swarm.
Bryn upon hearing the musician's plea ceases his attack on him but keeps an arrow knocked and ready for any other surprises. He also scans the marketplace to see if he's missed anything while his focus was on attacking the transforming musician.

Sticking with this course of action. Rowan doesn’t know if the musician is being honest or not, but she doesn’t want to risk it. The rat swarm, on the other hand, she knows is a threat.

"On second thought... I think ye should play louder!" he shouts at the musician. Then the dwarf turns to look at the rest of the situation quickly and calls down "Moradin's bellows!" on the swarm facing the halfling woman.

Also, I think you have enough movement to get to where you want to go without an athletics check. The halfling woman is about 15ft away at the beginning of your turn.
"Oh, Good Lords & Ladies,"Jared exclaims as he watches Jormund make his way to the halfling woman. Not the bravest of halflings Jared will draw his remaining dagger, climb down off his perch and make his way to the fruit stand. If he makes it there, he will climb up on the stand and start lobbing fruit in the direction of the rat swarm yelling: "Here ya go my lovelies, fresh fruit for ya to snack on and not those nasty tasting folks."

Rowan attacks with a blistering ray of fire, dealing 2 damage to the swarm attacking the halfling
Ann does 5 damage to the swarm nearest her, effectively destroying it. The rest of the rats in it scatter, dodging under stalls. Ann then moves to support the halfling woman.
Jormund, trying to avoid hitting the civilian with Moradin's flame, allows the rat swarm a little too much room, and the flame misses its mark.
Jared, you attempt to draw away the swarm attacking the woman with promises of tasty treats, and we'll see if the rats are persuaded.
Vedui, you send more rats flying with your flailing feet, dealing 6 more damage to the swarm near the courthouse. Along with
Bryn's final arrow strike, you succeed at dispersing the second swarm as well.
Quinry attempts to swing at several of the fleeing rats from the nearest swarm, but is unable to strike true.
All, you see an armor-clad, shield, and warhammer wielding dwarf (Jormund) shout to the musician/rat-man on stage.

You see the rats on stage resume their swaying rhythm with him.
The two rat swarms in the market stalls, still untouched, continue their frenzied attack.
The swarm nearest the halfling woman, attracted by the clanging metal of Jormund crashing through the row of market stalls, focuses their attention on him Attack: 12 Damage: 6. Their gnawing teeth find no purchase on the cleric's tough chain shirt.
The other swarm is distracted for the moment by a hail of fruit landing in their midst and begins an internal struggle for the sweet, tasty treats.
