"I have no intention of falling again today but let's hope the fates also desire the same thing as well." Kraven says pulling out his tools and moving closer to the door attempting to disarm the obvious trap.
Aubric moves over to the stone door and begins to study the runes. "These look like some arcane runes here on this door. Let me see if there's anything magical about it., give me a few min here to do it." He will take out his spell book and begin to ritual cast detect magic. (Takes 10 min)
"Hey! I'm offended! As a Touwanese, of course I know what bath is. I just can't remember when was the last time I took it" Gintarou responds to Zenix's joke and scratches his neck.
When Gintarou enters the great chamber, his eyes are immediately attracted to the glorious paints on the ceiling. When Zan lights up the art with his magic, Gintarou let out a laughter and gives him a silent applause.
After enjoying the light show for a while, the warrior gets to his work. Gintarou guards the hallway with many tracks. He has his glaive at ready in case something appears from the darkness.
Hooting to get Aurbic or Zenix's attention Kraven states, "You two are up, the trap is disabled but I am not sure I can take care of the magic lock that is remaining on the door." At which point Kraven will move to the west most hallway and take a look down the passage way to see if he notices anything. (the one without the X)
As Kraven goes to work Druquilla will wonder around the chamber, bow at the ready, looking into the opened sarcophagus. "I keep an eye on the fool and call if anything happens," Druquilla sighs as Zenix goes off down the hallway, then follows behind, keeping about twenty feet or so behind.
You walk down the hall about 15 feet, then it opens to a small room, there is a stone face carving next to a door way that goes down some stairs. Over the door way you read
"Enter here the path of stars. Let them guide us in the night."
If anyone trained in Arcana wants to invesitgate the door please make an Arcana check, Zenix and Druquilla may not seeing as they left the room.
Kraven seeing as we now know where Zenix and Druquilla went do you want to take that perception roll to the hall with the x, or do you want to join the two in the small room?
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
(That guy should be fine. The Elf lady will look after him) Gintarou thinks. He bends his knees to touch the tracks. If they are new the soil on the ground should be wet. Then the warrior looks back at the chamber for a brief moment. There is not much hope that this adventure is going to be a day trip. Gintarou is looking for something that can block the muddy hallway in case the party needs to take a long rest in this chamber.
Aubric looks at the door for a while, then reaches his hand out and presses a few spots, putting a little magic behind it, the ruins start to glow, and the door opens.
The door opens to a small chamber, there is a trunk that is made from polished wood, banded with gold. Small inlaid mother-of- pearl stars decorate the edges of the chest, and a simple clasp holds it shut. There is no lock on the chest.
Gintarou you do not find anything that could be used to block the doorway.
Mist does not hear anything moving.

Zenix got bored, grabbed a torch, and just walked down one of the hallways, "While y'all take your sweet ass time, I'm gonna start investigating."
"Famous last words," the bard laments.
The dancing lights follow Zenix down the hall. Zandeyr moves north, without actually entering the tunnel.
Kraven as you work it clicks in place and you are sure that the trap has been disabled.
The door has a basic magical combination lock.
Which hall does Zenix go down?

Hallway with least amount of footprints.

[OOC: Hallway with the X then and will peek around the corner, please and thank you.]
"Hmph, it appears that I made the right move.." He quickly came back and called the other, "Hey, I found a staircase. Seems like a lead."
(From post #184 Detect magic still active?)
Peeking around Aubric while he worked the lock and entered the room, Mist sees the chest and waves the wizard off.
"This looks to be too fancy a footlocker to be sealed shut by a cruddy clasp. Best be sure it isn't similarly spiked to the portent-ious portal."
Mist gives the chest a thorough once-over looking for hidden latches, wires, springs...anything that could trigger a trap.
