The armor, still alive and kicking, tries to punch Varn but Varn dodges and hits the tree.
Zorn waits in the tree, hoping that he'd get a clear shot at the Hunter at some point. There is a hole in the Hunter's tree that he can see. If he could somehow cause a fire inside the Hunter's tree that might flush the Hunter out.

After dodging the armour's punch, Varn puts his hand against the armour again, trying to siphon its life force. This time, though, he doesn't move his hand right after. Whether he succeeds or fails at draining the life force from the armour, Varn focuses his magic into his hand. He is compressing it, holding it all together, to release it just a moment later explosively. In an instant, a ball of flames erupts in front of Varn, enveloping the armour - and only the armour.
Action: Vampiric Touch Attack: 12 Damage: 13. BA: Quickened Spell Fireball, originating from a point 20' back so that the armour will get burnt (hopefully nearby eyes?), but not Varn. The armour must succeed on a DC 15 Dex save or take 31 fire damage.
With a smile, Zorn slips back down a bit into his tree, and starts to pull out some cloth to wrap around the end of one of his arrows. Once done he would come back up to where he can see the hole in the hunter's tree. Lighting the piece of cloth with his flint and steel, he attempts to shoot the flaming arrow into the hole in the hunter's tree.
Let me know if that is just a normal attack roll, or if I have disadvantage or something for adding the flaming cloth to an arrow.
Varn lands a hit and drains a bit more of the armor's life force before engulfing it in powerful flames. The armor falls to the ground as charred metal scraps and 4 coins.
@Zorn, it will be a normal attack roll but I am rulling that getting down the tree, fixing the arrow and getting back up the tree will cost several turns:
Turn 1: Get down (Tree is very tall) Turn 2: Make Fire Arrmow Turn 3: Get back up tree. Turn 4: You shoot.

Seeing a possible opportunity to turn the tide against the Armour that has been harrasing him, purple-black smoke gathers around Skarros' arm before he launches launches bolts of arcane energy at the Armour.

Works for me. Let me know when you are ready for him to shoot.

Seeing his friend preparing a fire arrow, Komos pulls his homemade firearm out and fires a hot pellet at where his friend seemed to be aiming before immediately ducking back behind his cover.
Varn still waits for a reasonable chance to move, as he's not going to risk getting shot by the hunter. So long as he believes the Hunter is focusing on him, he will not move.

As the Armour disappears into the forest, Skarro will take one last shot at it before moving through the tree-tops, heading north. If he sees Varn he calls out in Kobold, "Climb the trees! The eyes are there, but the giants can't follow."
Bolt 1: 13 Damage: 9 Bolt 2: 21 Damage: 12
(( If he can't see the Armour, then he launches the bolts at any eyes he sees or encounters while moving ))
Komos shoots a fire pellet at the hole that Zorn was aiming at. Unfortunately due to the harder angle from lower ground, the shot misses and bonces off the side of the tree, causing no flames. However the Hunter is not a dumb beast. Being all too familiar with smoking a prey out of its burrow with smoke and fire, it swiftly begins retracting all of its eyes and tentacle like vines back into its lair. The hunter decided that it is done with trying to snipe the kobolds and instead is ready to defend its lair instead. Of course it no longer has vision on all of the forest but it now it would focus its sight and mind on to the surrounding area.
Skarro makes his way over to Varn. As he tells Varn about the tree tops, both Kobolds suddenly notice all the eyes starting to move quickly. All the eyes all over the forest begin fleeing towards where the Hunter is. If they want to make a mad dash towards the Hunter, now would be the time. The Hunter has completely lost vision on the whole forest.
Varn immediately stands up. This was the moment he was waiting for. "Forget the trees. Run!" Varn commands, and leading by example, begins to dash in the Hunter's direction. Zorn and Komos have finally reached their destination, he assumes, and that means they're now fighting with the Hunter. They'll need him there, maybe, as soon as possible.
Skarro watches as the eyes flee then stares at Varn a moment and shakes his head. Impulsive, this one. Despite a natural caution, he can't help but concede that, with the eyes all fleeing, now is indeed the time to act. He wonders if in fact all the eyes have fled, or just those attendant on the Hunter. And if all the eyes have fled...have the armours fled too?
Baring his teeth, he drops to the ground and starts running. "Look out for giant armour!" he shouts at Varn's retreating back, again in kobold. Giants never learn our language. Insulting, it is.

@DM: Is the armour following, leaving, or loitering? Also: Can he see a way from tree-top to tree-top, if so, how would tat movement work?

@Skarro, the Armor is loitering under the tree.

Skarro shoots the Armor, damaging it and causing it to run away for now.
Zorn climbs down the tree and gets ready to set the Hunter's house on fire.
Varn, has vanquished the armor that was attacking him and earned 4 coins for it.
What does Varn and Komos do?

Question: Skarro, if you continue to head north you will not see Varn. Do you wish to continue going north or would you like to go back for Varn?
If Skarro has any idea where Varn is, he will move in that direction.

Varn and Skarro make a dash towards where the Hunter is. What is Komos and Zorn doing?
Bump. What's Komos and Zorn doing?
Zorn was in the tree preparing to shoot his fire arrow. Nothing has changed there as far as I am aware.
