Calgin enters from K16, moving out to hide behind the wall at F13. Pulling a fuzzy ball from his bag of tricks, he tosses it further into the arena to E10, summoning a...6Giant Boar. "Pumba, protect that flag over there!" he yells, indicating the flag in the bottom left (DE/45). The boar charges to E5 and readies itself to attack if anyone moves into melee range of it. (If Errich is in range of that flag and the boar sees him, it'll charge him instead if it can reach far enough)
Polly thinks he's fully stealstealthed, but Errich's keep senses locate the bird, though he can't see him in the dim light. [Edit:] He has no trouble seeing him in the daylight.

Nara is not intimidated. (Effect: 10, Og suffers disadv. against Nara) She tries to do a sneak. But her heavy footsteps are apparent to everyone. She is, however, able to remain unseen in the dim light. The door let's out a *click* (2)... A trap is triggered! 1)... Flames spray from the door causing 8 fire damage (Dex save DC 12 for half)

(I can presume you attempted to hide in prep, but you'll need another stealth check to remain unseen beyond your turn if you intend to use your action to Search. You needn't trigger a trap to know they are here.)
The next door has a device beneath it as you may suspect they all do. Each time the door is closed a tumpler below turns changing the device to a new slot. Most of the slots you can see are empty the next one that will fire here... (1)... Is empty.
Now that you know what to look for you'll have advantage when searching any other doors in the future.

Woods: (Round 1)
Parabolus moves out and tries to scare away the beast (Effect: 4, the boar is Frightened of Parabolus for this round.) As he blasts it with a ray of force.
Crow moves into sight of the creature and fires two arrows at it. One hits. As Crow closes the distance the Boar attacks, goring 23 for 11. It misses, having just come into existence, only to find itself swarmed by enemies.
Keygella gets a lick in too, then falls back, leaving herself open to opportunity, though the boat is too preoccupied to act on it.
