If Guardian doesn't bring the kenku to heel...
With a feral look in her eyes, Vi will spring forward with a burst of speed (Feline Agility 60' mvmt) and use her action to leap on its back, attempting to knock it flat on its face / beak.
Guardian stows his shield and axe before grabbing the back of the Kenku's clothes and hauling him back over to the building. "Are we taking them all back inside?" he asks, still holding on to the unconscious creature.
Gorm helps drag Heckle and Jeckle plus one back into the warehouse and proceeds to tie them up. Once he is comfortable that they are secured he will also look around the warehouse. Looking for clues as to what the magpies were about but also just keeping an eye out for any little valuables sitting around for the taking.
Guardian watches the actions of Jeremiah and Gorm. "This is the standard thing to do in this situation? You take their possessions?" He asks, his tone one of curiosity with no accusation present.
The Kenku all carry a short sword and short bow but that is all.
Jeremiah you manage to stop the bleeding of the kenku.
Inside the warehouse you find tables and chairs have been carelessly tossed across the floor. The corpses of a dozen men lie along the walls, their rapiers and daggers lying nearby. On the north side of the area, stairs rise to an open level above. The first five corpses are humans with a black tattoo of a winged snake on their neck or forearm. The other seven are leather clad humans. One of them has a black tattoo on the palm of his right hand that looks like a circle with ten spokes radiating out from the circumference.

“You’re overmatched,” Gorm says while smacking one of the Kenny with the flat of his sword.
“Surrender!” He says while driving an elbow into the back of another’s head.

And then there was one conscious Kenku. He jumps up and tries to take off running.
Everyone is up again with 3 unconscious Kenku laying at your feet and one booking it away
"Jeremiah, Guardian, can you stop it from getting away?" Vi calls.
(Is the Kenku running back into the building?)
Jeremiah points at the fleeing Kenku ‘Stop!’ he intones, his voice deeping unnaturally, echoing deeply, darkly...

The Kenku keeps running towards the street trying to escape.
“Do we even need that one?” Gorm asks even as he flips a dart out towards the fleeing kenku. “We’ve already plenty to question..,”

Guardian will follow Vi in case she needs help but will wait to see how the pounce goes.

One dagger hits the bird in the back and it screeches before an overzealous Vi jumps over it missing by a wide margin causing the Kenku to screech.
Guardian and Jer you are up
Jeremiah points again at the Kenku. ‘Nevermore!’ he intones, and again his voice echoes strangely, with a dull, lifeless quality..

(But so Poe-etically appropriate! Can I steal that line for Toll of the Dead, even when not fighting black feathered beaked things?)

As Jeremiah calls out the last Kenku drops to the ground grasping it's ears before it stops moving.
You have 3 unconscious Kenku on the ground in front of you and a quiet warehouse with an open door ahead of you.

"Sounds like a plan." Vi pants, recovering from her dash and trying to wipe dust and mud off her cloak and face.
"Want me to scout inside first for any hidden surprises or noises coming from further in?"
