This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
OOC: Did anybody loot the corpses of those Sightless Scrotal Sniffers? Even if there is nothing “good,” Toots is a packrat.
If it is at all relevant, Toots’ relevant skill bonuses are (Perception: +4; Investigation: +1) Here is an unmodified roll for either one: 16. A second unmodified roll: 2. (In case anyone helps for advantage, or if Toots would have disadvantage for any reason.)

On the plus side, they were nude and very male. No loot unless you're into gathering body parts - which actually isn't all that wierd now that I have voiced it. I mean people gather dragon parts and such.

Yeah, but that’s different. Most of that is because Dragons are inherently magically creatures and their body parts are useful for making magic items. So they either want the resources, or the gp from sale. Some are “trophy hunters,” which I personally object to on moral grounds.*• Some of them are legit-IRL just-this-side-of serial killers taking imaginary trophies of imaginary victims as a means of substitution for what they really wanna be doing.*1
In this case, Toots ain’t nobody needs to be keepin’ pieces of shit she killed as either a fetish (or a “fetish” either, if ya catch m’meanin’). And you said ain’t nobody ever knowed no nuthin’ ‘bout these here critters before. That means ain’t nobody gonna wanna buy one of those Sightless Scrote Sniffers’ wrinkled bits for their Potion of Virility unless Ily cons we talk them into it. (Toots don’t want to go door-to-door as a scrotum saleswoman. Nosir.) And Toots also ain’t inclined to try finding out for herself if a Sightless Sniffer’s scrote is useful for anything. Unhh unhh, not that li’l hin girl, no thank you.
If anyone else wants to take bits, Toots ain’t gonna judge. But she ain’t tryin’a help with that either. She’ll say “Nay nay.”

Hunt to eat? E’rybody gotta eat, that’s a thing. (Just as long as you’re not one of those who takes down a dear, removes the back straps (tenderloins), and leaves the rest. That’s not subsistence hunting, that’s just wasting life. 😔)
Hunt to decorate your walls? Next time try using a camera. (You could “hunt” the same creature over and over, why not preserve your sport? Ne? 🤷♂️)
Hunt for both? As long as you eat it, keep the rack too. That don’t bother me none. (Just as long as you’re not one of those who takes down a dear, removes the head and the back straps, and leaves the rest. That’s not “both,” that’s just a wangrod move. 🤨)
Ever been on one of those Private servers on a game like Ark, the ones where it’s just a map of destroyed bases and nobody plays there. Those are effing serial killers collecting trophies from their victims. (Maybe IRL too, who knows?) It’s effing scary. *shudders*
OOC: Coincidentally to Toots/Sposta's harvesting ethos, I had on a livestream earlier today where the editor of Arcadia (MCDM online mag) was interviewing most recent issue's contributors, sounds like there's a cool one where they've used gone through every OGL or whatever the license is monster and specifically talked about using specific harvested parts to cause modifications to standard spells when used as component modifications, it sounded pretty cool. Some components produced very specific effects on certain spells, others produced more wild magic type effects. Got me interested in reading it. It's by one of the cowriters of "An Elf and and Orc Have a Baby" which is similar "what do you get if..." comprehensive discussion of possibilities within a homebrew lineage system. So "thorough" is sort of her/their mode.

ArwinsDaughter, MidnightPlat, ‘Rei,
Seriously though, does anyone object to anything I said regarding equitable division of the currently accumulated loot? I know I basically just agreed with everybody getting exactly what they had already said they wanted, and put in a bid for the one potion for Toots. Does anyone have anything to add to (or against) those proposals? (I know we still need to wait to hear from Wysp if 9 could even use the Robes, but that’s only if the three of you don’t vote against 9 getting the item in the first place. If youse all tell me to cram that idea squarely up my cram-hole, then it’s a moot point whether or not 9 could use it. Anyone have anything to add to (or against) this proposal?
"I figured the goblins were keeping them as pets or as a food source for themselves or something they were taking care of, and made a hash of it. That or maybe kinda like that one in the Mouse vault, like one properly of the Mouse not the ones the Mouse paid riches for to the Fox, its just one Cricket who is sorta conscience for Nine in Nine's quest to become a real boy. I guess the mouse didn't real make the story, just the pictures in the vault. We should take them back to the sky hole when we know it's night and see if Nine will wish upon a star."
OOC: Sposta, I think we're all good with the item break down because I think it was reflective of the consensus (Sposta's log not Toots ambition). I'm guessing folks are just figuring out their iOS issues, also spent a lot of time driving around in high heat again plus assembling furniture with very little circulation in Casa Midnight (or writing customer service about the wrong pack of hardware) so have been sorta low key. Might get around to loading Firefox onto this tomorrow, I've never liked this Mac and think a different browser might improve the functionality. Seems all my players on non i0S browsers don't have as gummy an experience as I do on my Mac. Speaking of, everyone, before I jump into the forums with this, I don't want a VTT but I want a way to show a battle map upon which I and ideally players can move tokens, and ideally might do fog of war line of sight type effects. Players are a mix of laptops and tablets. Any recommendations? I'll do a VTT if I have to, but I figured I'd want something more akin to a simpler map application/program. I'm tooling around with Dungeonfog and it seems like I might need to buckle down and pay for it to get the ease of tools I want, but I don't want to do that if I can't use just DungeonFog to "run" the map.

Yeah the MacOS, I heard. iOS isn’t having nearly the problems I heard MacaOS is having. It’s a li’l extra finicky since my last update, but it here are times DDB’s updates are worse. I don’t run DDB on my MacBook, so I only heard about the issues secondhand in the forums. But if you have iPhone/iPad, those are still working. (At least my iPhone 11 and the iPad 5 are.) I’m only mentioning in case anyone wants a short-term solution without switching browsers if Safari is preferred. My wife also prefers Firefox to Safari, my mom uses Safari like I do. 🤷♂️ I guess it’s more intuitive for some people whereas Firefox or Chrome are for others. Either that or she and I just don’t use it for the same types of things. Back when Firefox was Netscape, that was my preferred browser too.
Sorry Midnight, my group uses TotM and static maps that we draw or otherwise generate. I know not from fancy interactive maps, I don’t think my Y2K update ever went through quite smoothly, I’m still a little bit stuck in the ‘90s technologically speaking.
OOC: I’m fine with Sposta’s suggestion for how the loot divies up. As for Midnight’s request, all I can say is that I use owlbear.rodeo for battle maps. It is technically a VTT, but a very light-weight one. You can’t draw maps in it, it does allow for player movement of tokens, and manual fog of war.

I have no issue with Sposta's loot assignment, though Ilyara would Frowny Fox at putting the robe on 9. "Just stuff it in the bag and wait until we find a good use for it, maybe?", most likely. Beyond that, she offers no objections, and Rei doesn't object to anything either. Also somebody cast Lesser Restoration on Tommary, he appears to be drunk. Hueh.
After taking some time while Tommary worked out the rest of the items and had a philosophical debate with Toots about the nature of consciousness, conscience, and how both could be compared to sentient crickets to attune to her new toy (DM willing), Ilyara turned back to Elyona. "Oiy, you wanted somebody with some sneak in their freak to go check that door, eh? I can go. Might take those two a while, after all," she said, grinning as she flicked a thumb back at the other Waywatchers. Padding quietly up to the ironbound door, she first of all opted to give it a once-over and see if any unpleasant nastiness mechanical or arcane was ready to blow up anyone who tried to muck with it. If such nastiness didn't present itself, she'd press one fuzzy pointy ear up against the door and listen as carefully as she could through it for any sign of dungeon denizens displeased by the delvers' discussions and divvying of their dearly desired dope drops.
{Stealth for not being picked up being all sneakypaws by anything ready to burst through the door and swallow her whole: 17 Sneakyfeets.} {Investigation(??) for TrapFinder 9000.
