Tommary positions himself so that the MOTHERWORM (brought to you from Oedipalized remains of the soul and bones of Tyler Vail) is between himself and the edge of the bridge and then lays Windbreaker's stank on this most foul (of foul? offal?) opponent, using Rosso's proximity to utilize sneak attack, and Tommary's own "ooo yeah!" savagery to snap a mobility flourish into this slim jim.
Attack: 14 Damage: 12
Attack: 21 Damage: 10
If either attack hits, or to the latter hit if both hits, Tommary will apply 9 sneak attack damage and 4 blade flourish damage, mobility flourish also pushing the ick the flourish roll + 5 feet woard the lava. If Tommary makes the worm go mobilie, he'll use his reaction to stay on the worm, but not go overboard if we go that far, so that Rosso or whoever can also get their Rogue sneaky damage.
So that's 13 points of additional damage added for a total of 23 to the second blow, if it went through, plus it pushes the worm 9' toward the lava side of this precipice.
EDIT: didn't add advantage to initiative but it's sort of moot.
Tommary pokes at the huge monstrosity but only one of his blows pierce the thick armored plates. It is pushed close to the edge of the bridge.
Close proximity exposes him to burning heat for 7 fire damage!
Twin slashes tear into the worm and a brilliant flash of green light burns the creature. It howls in pain and turns its massive heard toward the Paladin.
She is also burned for 4 and 9 fire damage!
Ilyara and Rosso!

OOC to EchoIon (and possibly Wysperra): Depending on the order of the attacks before yours, Rosso probably gets to roll sneak attack damage on one of those hits; the determining factor is whether or not another of your allies is within 5 feet of your target. If Elyona attacked after Tommary (who pushed the creature back), that should be the case.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Ilyara'd already gotten Rilia in hand, but seeing the scorching flare-ups burning all the others, she cursed quietly. "Time t' be th' Bell mont again," she grumbled, flicking Rilia's blade and sounding the Traveler's bells. "Back up and take it with magic, if ya can! Don't burn up whackin' th' damned bug with blades!"
{Wis 15 save for 13 necrotic damage, and Ilyara's surveying the others to see if anybody looks particularly bad off somehow and in need of a patch-up.}
OOC: So we're clear, when I played my mobility flourish I used my reaction to stay "on" the target as the flourish allows specifically so Rosso or anyone else can use their sneak attack damage, so Elyona, Tommary and presumably Rosso (if everyone's attack followed initiative order and "followed Tommary" after his flourish and are thus in melee range of the abomination of Tyler Vail's Freudian parental dynamics.
As a impressario and feature of the squared circle, Tommary is all about choreography and giving everyone space to make their shots totally real,.
