Toots has AC 17, only the 2nd claw attack from marquopolo 1 landed. (The 6 damage has been applied to Toots’ sheet, and here is her Concentration check to maintain her spell: 21) “Ouch!”

As the second enemy lunges in for the grapple, Toots attempts to yeet: 23. (Depending on how that goes she may be either Favored by the Gods or a Lucky li’l Hin.)

But even with her luck, it’s not enough. And even the god’s favor couldn’t help her outta this jam so she’s grappled. “Hey, gerroffme!”

"Confound it!" Ilyara snarled, if quietly.  Reaching up to the icon of the Traveler hanging around her neck, she drew forth a mote of holy fury from it and hurled it like a dagger - which is what it became in mid-flight as she conjured up her Traveler's blade again and sent it winging its way at the creature trying to make off with Toots.  In the same motion, chanting the Traveler's hidden hymns the whole while, she twisted her hand through an elaborate plucking motion and flicked the pommel of her sword, timing it such that the Traveler's war bells sounded just after the dagger had its chance to slice home and open the creature's defenses.

OOC: Forgot, damnit T_T.  She also moves as close as she needs to be to get within sixty feet of the critter grabby-handsing Toots, so she can do all those spellcasty cleric things.

The mystic blade does some stabby stabby  and makes the grey skinned creature snarl in anger, it reacts by swiping at the blade to no effect.

Aim to misbehave.

Tommary's gonna take the heat to get Toots out of the kitchen.  He'll advance to Toots position using whatever combo of regular move, cunning action dash, plus his blade flourish granted on attack, and attack the grappler with his likely sizzling sabre (damn straight I'm dishing sneak attack damage on someone preoccupied with Hin handlin').  Attack: 10 Damage: 21.

If I drop the captor, Toots better give get a free action to give me power chord.
