Tommary the Unworthy pulls a grain of sand from somewhere on this strapping kit, pinching it between thumb and middle and ring fingers with pinky and index pointed out, adding a horned head to the shadow play. He growls in the tone of the Bard James Hatfield, "Grain of Sand ... Off to Never Never Land".
This crew may be outside the horsepower, but we wanted to try to less lethal, so 3rd level sleep casts so the radius is beyond Layla, ideally encompassing the spell caster and the hackers over what I'm guessing is Nine. Sleep affects 39 hp.

You see a large hand made up of stitched flesh rise from the waters then go limp. One of the humanoids also goes limp and falls into the water.
Group Question: If a target is under the effects of a sleep spell and falls into water, will they wake before they drown?
The figure you thought was cloaked is actually cobra-like with scaled hood spread wide. It sees Tommary casting something, "You dare attack the Fearless Four?!" then responds with a Lightning Bolt! The air crackles with energy as the bolt scorches the length of the hall.

Ilyara, Dex save: 10
*****. Damage recorded. Edit: Oh hey! Elyona's bonus gets me just over the hump! Taking those ten HP back plz tks

"You came to the wrong neighborhood, shitboots," Ilyara growled, flicking a claw tip against Rilia's blade and setting it to humming. Chanting a call in the Traveler's tongue, she focused her will and her deity's divine spark through the blade, sending out a curse of blindness against both the snake-like spellman in the back and the brute hammering on Layla. Once her spell fired, hit or miss, she bolted forward with a rogueish burst of cunning speed, vaulting over Layla to place herself between the spellcaster and their stony ally.
"Hey there, chums. Time to get stabby, yeah?"
{Blindness at third level for the extra target. Con 15 save or a target is blinded. Save recurs, but the spell does not require Ilyara's concentration.}
Group Question: If a target is under the effects of a sleep spell and falls into water, will they wake before they drown?
I'd say yes. The spell ends if the target is shaken awake or takes any damage; I'd rule as a DM that its hold is relatively fragile. The first time you snort water, you start drowning and the spell collapses because you're suffering harm. Admittedly in Nine's case I'm not sure he needs to breath, but that baddie's likely gonna wake up real quick. He'd definitely lose a turn spluttering and retching up water though, or at least I'd say so.
Elyona quickly turns her [magicitem]Rod of Lordly Might[/magiitem] into a flametongue sword, runs up to the creature attacking Layla, and attacks twice in quick succession.
Attack: 23 Damage: 22
Attack: 26 Damage: 12
Note: the 2d6 damage (presumably second two numbers?--it's been a while) are fire damage
Elyona slashes into the black plated figure cutting deeply and eliciting a grunt of pain.
OOC: stuck on the office for the next ten hours -_-. Gonna be slow, and my particular mobile doesn't handle the dice roller at all. Apologies if rolls are slow or off. Wysperra is authorized to roll saves for Ilyara in the DM posts, to speed play.
Con save: 13
And since I know she's failing that...she'll forego AoO at disadvantage in favor of keeping her reaction open. Who knows when foxes will need Shield spells.
