Just finished my first DM session with pre made characters, and after we decided to have a look at character creation. But the Basic Rules on DnD Beyond have more options than the basic rules DnD provides. This caused one player to try be a druid, but couldn't find the full spell list for them.
I read it was because https://omegle****/ the DnD Beyond basic rules include the SRD, including more classes and races, but it seems like a weird inclusion, and should be separate for people interested, but keeping the basic rules the same as the DnD provided basic rules.
The D&D Beyond Basic Rules has more options than the WoTC Basic rules PDF because of the inclusion of the SRD. But the D&D Beyond Basic rules that contain the druid class has the druid spell list so if you use a Basic Rules source for the class, you should use the same source for its spell list.
It would be nice if they labeled it as the “Basic Rules & SRD” at least. That would, at the very least let people know there is a difference when they reference it.
