I've seen mention of suspected stealth updates to the digital products but this isn't entirely hidden since it is documented in the Changelog. However, it is troubling that known errata has not been added to public documentation dedicated to errata and instead is buried in a document about the website features. The Official Errata thread has not been updated since January 17, 2023.
Are these changes in the current PDFs?
Are there other official changes have been made between the digital and printed copies that have not been mentioned anywhere?
Is the D&D Beyond Changelog a source of RAW changes?
Where are we supposed to be looking for official changes?

2. Probably!
3. Yes.

WOTC's communication with the community about this kind of thing has been really terrible lately. It's one of the more frustrating things about D&D right now.
The D&D Beyond Changelog lists unannounced Errata for the Monster Manual that is otherwise hidden from those of us who choose to buy physical books.

Oh, right. It's all unlocking the digital hyperlinked content on D&D Beyond or another content platform (Roll20 and Fantasy Grounds).

So far the only published errata to 2024 core rules revision was via Changelog and was added to the topbar besides Notification.
I have no reason to believe these aren't official changes but it certainly done differently.
