(disclaimer: not 100% sure about this ruling. I wrote this yesterday and ended up removing it, but I'll update the answer if someone corrects me)
As far as I understand the interaction, Blazing Strike changes only the weapon's normal damage type to Radiant when you hit a creature, but it doesn't affect any extra elemental damage from the weapon's special properties.
As for the second (this is my main doubt), since Sneak Attack uses the weapon's damage type, and that type is changed for the hit, it would become Radiant.
EDIT: some threads in case they help get a better answer:
RAW is ambigous. If for example you have the Boon of Blazing Dawn and hit a creature with a White Dragon's Wrath Rapier, depending how the damage type application is interpreted, you may deal;
1d8 + DEX Radiant or Piercing damage + 2d6 extra Piercing damage + 1d6 extra Cold damage
1d8 + 2d6 + DEX Radiant or Piercing damage + 1d6 extra Cold damage
1d8 + 3d6 + DEX Radiant damage
Because it doesn't specifically change the weapon's damage type like Elemental Cleaver, cross-reference to it may lead to different conclusion as we could see in the other threads linked by TarodNet.
Blazing Strike. When you hit a creature with a weapon attack, the damage can be Radiant or the weapon’s normal damage type (your choice).
Sneak Attack: The extra damage’s type is the same as the weapon’s type.
Dragon's Wrath: On a hit, the weapon deals an extra 1d6 damage of the type dealt by the dragon’s breath weapon.
IMO I have a preference for keeping Dragon's Wrath to deal extra damage of the type dealt by the dragon’s breath weapon and Sneak Attack to deal the same damage type as the attack, whatever it is, so leaning toward interpretation #2.

2 questions about Boon of Blazing Dawn, the ability Blazing Strike:
1st: weapon damage like dragon wrath, with 2 types of damage: can you change to radiant also elemental weapon damage?
2nd: can you change additional damage on the attack like sneak attack?
Thanks!
