Long story short I got a hold of a sheld guardian, if it dies, how to I fix/revive/make new, official or if no official rules, give me some ideas because my DM is pretty open to homebrew if no official rules on stuff.
As the Shield Guardian regenerates as long as it has 1HP, I would say that the use of Mending on a 0HP Guardian would bring him back to 1 (repairing any visible damage) and from then on the Guardian would start regenerate.
A Shield Guardian is technically destroyed only when their amulet is.

Reading all the rules linked to here, it appears that a Shield Guardian just dies/is destroyed when it hits 0hp. I can see nothing in the description of the construct or its amulet that suggests the Guardian survives as long as its amulet does, not that it can be revived. Unless someone can point to another link where such a survival mechanism is described then I would suggest that the only way to get your Shield Guardian back is to acquire a new Shield Guardian...
It would be up to your DM as to whether the Guardian gets to make death saves when it falls to 0hp or if it dies straight away. If it does get to hang around for a few turns on 0hp then there are a very small number of spells which can "heal" a construct (at least according to their rules) - Life Transference for example. Resurrection magic would also be questionable, since there is no life to restore.
You touch a creature that has died within the last minute. That creature returns to life with 1 hit point. This spell can’t return to life a creature that has died of old age, nor can it restore any missing body parts.
Everything is more or less considered a creature, nor does it not say no undead or constructs. So yah, see one of the other players in the group (huge powergamer wants to be number one) was trying to lower how my character playes because agian, always wants to be number one. Kept trying to argue about it, then I found a post on twitter between a guy and the offical Adventures league twitter, and they confirmed revivify works. But I reallly appreciate that you let me know I can use Life transference to heal it, that is super useful to me.
You are a hero, I was in the processes of combing though spells as well. Got to find them all (theurgy wizard so I have cleric and wizard spell at my expsosale)
Now my main problem is how the heck to I transport him if he dies and I don have diamonds on hand (I have gental repose so its not a problem time wise)
Or, if he's been reduced to pieces no larger than 2 feet in at least one dimension, a Bag of Holding will do.
Lacking any of those, there's also Tenser's Floating Disk, assuming the Shield Guardian weighs 500 or fewer pounds (which I believe is a reasonable assessment).
If the DM suggests it weighs more, you'd have to resort to Telekinesis (remember, a dead creature is a corpse, thus an object).
Also, I kind of doubt the Shield Guardian would need Gentle Repose? It depends on the DM, but it does have construct traits, which makes me think of "pieces of wood and/or metal" when it is destroyed, not "rottable flesh".
Where did you find the stats, though? I looked through the 5th edition Monster Manual and couldn't find a reference (there's always the case of momentary blindness, I suppose).
Now my main problem is how the heck to I transport him if he dies and I don have diamonds on hand (I have gental repose so its not a problem time wise)
Same way real life people have been transporting heavy things for centuries: put it on a cart and get some animals to pull it. Enlarge/Reduce can help you get it on the cart. Get yourself a minion or hireling that's willing to watch your cart while you adventure.
My dm is pretty lenient on making your own magic items, wonder if I can get a folding boat but car version, though getting stuff enchanted is expensive as all heck, (not a low magic world, but gold is not that easy to get.)
Healing wounds of a damaged or wounded creature mentioned in this thread makes sense for a Construct. However, I'm not sure Constructs have souls or free will. I'm speaking of monster/npc iteration, not a player race, such as Warforged. Not sure if Raise Dead or Resurrection address bringing a Construct back from death. Both spells mention the soul is free or willing.......

I firgued it out, Revivify can pick him back up,

There are quite a few spells and items that can restore hit points to constructs. Off the top of my head, I believe the following should also work:

Get a Portable Hole.

sheild guardians are around 9 feet tall and weight 1200 pounds on average, belive me I though of bag of holding.
Portable Hole still works!

Sounds like there is market demand for a more conveniently sized shield guardian. Someone needs to fill that market niche.

https://forgottenrealms.fandom.com/wiki/Shield_guardian has the height and weight, I believe thats right, should be that is.
