The spell's description indicates you can issue a single command to any or all of the animated objects.
My idea is to carry a bunch of spoons and forks to cast animate object on and issue the following command : ''may the forks attack my ennemies while the spoons distract them (help action)'' or something similar.
Since you can select which objects to issue commands to (any or all), you could set this up in two turns by selecting forks and saying “stand and fight” on one turn and using your bonus action on the next turn to issue the command “Help us” to the spoons. I wouldn’t allow it in one turn though.

This is how I would rule it, could certainly do it but would take two rounds to fully set up. I've actually seen a barb send an entire drawer of silverware after a dragon before. Was pretty effective as a distraction.

Would this be legal as a single command?
(sorry for non-perfect english, I'm not native)
That sounds like 2 commands to me. And how do the forks and spoons know what they are?
Definitely up to DM.

I do like the pun of throwing your dinnerware on the ground and yelling to it, “Fork them up!”
Just make sure it’s Silverware so it works against Lycanthropes.
