There are only two cases where casting a new spell will interrupt concentration of a previously cast spell (that I can think of off the top of my head).
The new spell is a concentration spell. As soon as you start casting it - the concentration on the previous spell will break.
Casting a spell to hold it for later in the round. Holding a spell requires concentrating on it and will therefore break concentration of another spell already up.
My thoughts as well....I did this as a Cleric in last night’s game. Checking to see if we played it correctly.
You could, except you don’t have to “Cast” Spiritual Weapon anymore because it lasts for a full minute. Turn three you would only have to activate Spiritual Weapon as the Bonus Action, not cast it again. So on turn three you could maintain Concentration on a Bless, cast Sacred Flame as an Action, and then either use the already cast Spiritual Weaponor cast an entirely different Bonus Action spell (as long as it does not require concentration) and still not lose the Bless or Spiritual Weapon so it could be used in subsequent turns.

Was that clear?
Yes, it was, and that is exactly the way I played it.

Otherwise it's perfectly fine.
3. Casting a spell with a casting time greater than 1 action.
At higher levels, swap the bless for a spirit guardians and become the god of DOT.
Is the following allowed? Using Bless, Sacred Flame cantrip and Spiritual Weapon bonus action spell as the example....
Turn 1: cast Bless (concentration spell)
Turn 2: While maintaining concentration on Bless, as an Action cast cantrip Sacred Flame and as bonus action cast Spiritual Weapon
Turn 3: repeat turn 2 sequence

Why not?

Next time, on turn 3 try Guiding Bolt as your Action and then smack ‘em with the Spiritual Weapon. 😉

Or at least it's avatar on Faerun. Since you're a cleric...
That was one of the combos I used last night!
It proved fatal....

Usually does. And DxJxC is right about the Spirit Guardians.

Can you cast Spiritual Weapon on Turn 1? I.e. can you cast a concentration spell and a bonus action spell in the same turn?
- Heisenberg
If you cast any spell as a bonus action, then the only other spell you can cast during your turn is a cantrip with a casting time of 1 action.

Yes. There are about as many Cantrips that need concentration as there are BA spells that doesn't need concentration (a few of each) so it can happen.
