I am curious if the spell Cordon of Arrows would get the bonus from Hunter's Mark if its active? My first thought it no it wouldn't since its a spell and uses a saving throw... but its using your ammunition to attack the enemy which does kind of make it a weapon attack in my mind which would in turn, get the bonus damage from Hunter's Mark.

Weapons are involved, but it is not a "weapon attack" by rules definition.

Slight correction, ammunition is involved, absolutely no weapon required. But as you said, it is not a “weapon attack” by any means.
