Stupid Character Ideas

A ranger/druid with a severe pollen allergy, causing you to either see a sneezing squirrel or completely ruin any stealth missions

Here's an idea, go to a character optimization website (I use RPGbot, but it may be a bit laggy for some), and do everything the site says is not good for an optimized character, and just be a liability to your adventuring party.

Druid, has animal friendship, Animal handling has expertise, says Criky a lot. Not afraid of Crocodiles, highly venomous snakes, and most other things that would terrify people (call them a beauty) but strongly is afraid of birds.

Actually, how about a changeling druid. Gets confused - can't remember if it's transforming with its natural ability, or with its Wildshape. And when Wildshape ends, randomly returns to the shape of someone he/she saw in the last 24 hours - including possibly another party member.

Warforged Artificer who creates more Warforged Artificers who was also created by a Warforged Artificer (yes its kinda homebrew but still)
Transgender Changeling who uses their perks to not feel dysphoria
Barbarian pretending to be a wizard (when they attack they say "I CAST PUNCH!" or similar) and then to add onto it they're secretly a Rogue (Rogue pretending to be a Barbarian pretending to be a Wizard)
A changeling artist who draws their form and then becomes that drawing
A Druid cat lady
A Cleric who believes in another cleric who believes in them
Coffeelocker that never uses their mass stock of spells and only uses perks from their Fighter 1-level dip (By the way, a solution to lack of hit dice as Coffeelocker is a 1-level Fighter dip as second wind exists)
Bard/Rogue who sneaks around and plays suspenseful music (Could just be a chaotic Bard, and they tell people "I am not here" using deception)
Immortal Wizard who lives in a giant hat 
Summoner (eg. Swarmkeeper Ranger) who uses a flip-phone as a spellcasting focus (or say, a wooden phone carving) and calls their minions
Youthful-looking character who is secretly immortal (eg. vampire turned when young) and used to go to school, but got expelled because they know a bit too much magic (fireballing the bullies)

A man who kept his showers ice cold, and used eco-friendly light bulbs. as he'd judge with no pretense and fish on the weekends. and each morning he gets up and do the pledge of allegiance, never swim in the ocean for fear of shark attack, along with bi-monthly get his wife a rose with a card attached. he would avoid the little things that were hard to ask.

Changeling animal who shifts into a humanoid (My brother made this one! its actually good)

A fiend warlock acting as a tax collector for the Hells. They adventure to hunt down debt-ridden villains who have made deals with devils but are now in arrears.

Bonus points: they work for the Infernal Revenue Service.

Your first suggestion inspired this idea: a do-gooder who secretly returns lost and stolen items, keeping their anonymity so the act remains pure. Picture a rogue specializing in reverse-pickpocketing.

a blank slate kinda character, you know someone who could be your friend or could be your foe. they could be a sinner they could be saint. their perfectly devoid of anything they ain't. maybe their a Marty maybe their the cause. really they can be what everybody wants.

they might be a canvas, they might be a doll. someone who might not think their even real at all. they could be a women or they could be a man. just let them look into a mirror, and let them find out who I am.

they could be the difference, they could be the same. trying to give them meaning is a losing game. I mean they could go to heaven or they could go to h*ll. but it doesn't really matter they could never tell. maybe they are nothing maybe they are all. just try to make them something when they hear that call.

A Human Wild Magic Sorcerer whose father is a Minotaur and whose mother is a Centaur. Twist: his brother has the head of a bull, the torso of a man, and the lower body of a horse. He got a sweet gig as a "sacred guardian beast" of a temple somewhere.
