I've made a sorcerer warlock multiclass character that I will eventually use as a coffeelock, but I can't figure out what pact boon to use. I'm a shader-kai elf, so I don't need aspect of the moon, but, due to my character's connection to the Raven Queen, I want find familiar, but for a raven, not the stronger options I get from pact of the chain. If I gain book of ancient secrets, because it is a ritual, I can still use it if I pick using tome of shadows. Thus, I'm not really sure which I should pick (of course, in order to unlock the spell I want I have to level up in sorcerer for a while, and thus have some time before I reach third level).

Make sure you talk to your DM about using a Coffeelock before you commit to it. They may have house rules that will interfere with your plans.
If you want a basic raven, then go ahead with the Tome of Shadows. Warlocks can use all of the bonus spells they can get.
However, if you want to prioritize your raven, then consider going Pact of the Chain and just reskinning one of the other options as a raven.
All of the options have at least a flying form. The Sprite's weapons can be reinterpreted as talons and magic. The Psuedodragon's Sting can just be poisoned talons. The Imp can straight up be a raven.
The imp literally has no reason to return to its own form unless you want it to be able to wear equipment.
I had a character that had the urchin background which comes with a pet rat. They started as a rogue and in an epic low level scene the pet rat passed. Later, the character became a warlock that went chain pact and re-flavored the imp as a celestial winged rat conjuring the spirit of their old friend.
As far as your choice, I really enjoy having having the versatility of an invisible pet with a telepathic connection up to 100'. Depending on how open your DM is with spell aquisition will be a better indicator on how your tomb of shadows will feel as you level. Having the ability to have every ritual in the game sounds amazing until your DM starts restricting spell access. Basically, most of the good ritual spells belong to a wizard so picking up the feat Ritual Caster will cover most of your needs and give you a super pet.

IMHO, Earthdawn is still the best fantasy realm, Shadowrun is the best Sci-Fi realm, and Dark Sun is the best D&D realm.
I would go Pact of the Chain and just have the imp always be a raven. It's effectively a raven that can also turn invisible and happens to have better stats.

Add to that that ritual caster scales based on your character level while ancient secrets only scales on your warlock level. That can make a huge difference in your available pool of spells for a multiclass character.
Keep in mind that you can still take a raven familiar with Pact of the Chain; the extra options are “in addition to” not “instead of”. So if for aesthetic reasons you just want a vanilla raven, you can still have one.
I will always recommend Pact of the Chain, it really is the best of the pact boons for so many reasons. If all you want is a raven you can still take a raven familiar instead of one of the fancy shmancy options, but you could take an imp familiar and it could just take the form of a raven. But between Investment of the Chain Master and Voice of the Chain Master you can do some crazy stuff, and you can do it from a completely different planet on the other side of the galaxy if need be. And with Gift of the Everliving One on top it’s just amazeballs if there’s a healer in the party. Pact of the chain is my favorite. Tome is good, really, really good. But chain is just better in my opinion.
