Your dm might allow it the first time you try it in the moment because they thought it funny. The second time will likely get shot down.

So, even if the DM allowed this sort of thing, you'd have six seconds to express the detailed instructions and the target would have six seconds to follow them. That alone puts some significant limitations on the amount of abuse you can do with it.
