Does this at least mean that when the content actually comes out, like when the new Dragonborn & Kobold stuff comes out in a published book, it will then be added here? And, while you aren't adding the Unearthed Arcana stuff itself, will there at least be the Survey posted when new Unearthed Arcana is released so when can see whats in the pipelines so to speak?
D&DB will still be making new WotC books available, as they're published, yes. Folks in this forum will also probably still post links when new UA is put out by Wizards and when the surveys come out, and discuss the UA. The only thing changing is that D&DB (which is not Wizards of the Coast) will not be creating/hosting updating the back end for new features/options only available in UA.

True, in this fashion creating a possible problem that they won't have anyone playtesting the changes to D&DB and having problems with implementation of new WotC content. But hey maybe this will give them time implementing features from already published books and bug hunting.
Alright then, so it'll take a LOT longer for stuff to finally be implemented after the Arcana comes out but at least it'll eventually be implemented; sounds good to me.
There's no reason it'll take that much longer to come out than before, if at all -- staff still sees the UA when we do, so they have an idea of the type of things Wizards is thinking about, and have time to determine what UA stuff mechanically doesn't work. They just no longer have to spend time making mechanics that won't be implemented.

I doubt it. There may be a reduction, but I am fairly sure UA content got playtested before D&D Beyond starting supporting it. I also imagine there is at least some amount of internal playtesting that occurs, but cant say for sure.

I'm talking about the implementation on d&db not about WotC internal play testing. D&DB doesn't have a perfect trackrecord in its implementation and this with us providing beta testing before the official release rolls out from WotC and they need to implement it anyway.
While I do not know the specifics of what it took for the D&DB team to implement UA material in the Character Builder, I'm very saddened by their decision to stop doing so. Giving people a convenient way to build characters using the material was a great way to get more people trying it out and offering feedback. I hope someday in the future D&DB will have the resources available to bring UA content back.
i see no more UA Pinned threads, did everything get archived?
Farewell.
Yes.

Is there a way to see UA that has been archived?
It was archived on DDB, but WotC still has all of their originals up.
